You could tell me about them, if you'd like. Then I could almost remember them too.

atlas nodded. “Uh yeah.. Ben was.. he was nice. He would keep me safe from momma and papa when they got scary and he would give me bred a lot to. He has a matching hat to.” She said and pointed to the military boonie cap. “And when we ran away he would make sure we had money and stuff until…. Well anyways a bit later i met Ashton.. and he was a bit mean but i know he didnt mean it. He wanted to protect me and stuff.” She forces a smile. “And then we met a buncho people and they taught us about the thread. Thats where i met bacon and the scribe. The scribe he gave me this.” She held out her dragon plushie, “its protects me. And whenever i am in trouble it alerts the scribe.. well it did.. then.. he.. well anyways i went on an adventure with bacon to find Ben after we got a letter from him. There bacon helped me fight someone named dot the jesk who did something to Ben and made him all… weird..” she sighed. “It seems everyone i love is always getting hurt… am I cursed sequence?”

I believe Nameless had an Ennuller employee with us, and Kansas was wondering at what point to put himself in. Was it Cep or Dark Cep that you wanted to join the party?

Rebus’s voice hummed thoughtfully in Cade’s ear. “I can only think of one place at the moment…” The copy of Rebus that was talking to the Wall bureaucrat looked directly at Cade and winked.

It’s for two reasons - firstly, he does kinda have a point. His point are slightly mind-bending, but they’re solid, if contentious - Rebus is not a straw man, even if others wouldn’t come to the same conclusion he would. Secondly, though, is the more important reason - he has as much time as he needs. Multiple days of me thinking and you considering what I have to say can add up - and you only have to agree once to make something the new status quo.

Jack nodded slowly. “How do I do that? The last time I tried, I became lost in these woods.” 
Rebus nodded, though he had been referring to something that was true for all his contracts - if one party broke it, the other could do so as well. Otherwise, it’d be impossible for Rebus to retaliate without breaking all his contracts. “I am not the version of myself planning to leave - and I’m certainly not attempting to bring Antagonist. That would be unwise - to become a villain in another thread would be to invite a crossover to destroy me.”

Rebus was there, at the party. His armor was fancier than usual, but it was certainly him - Antagonist atop his head and a wide smile on his face. 
Actually, there were two of him, but that was beside the point - Sequence was there a half dozen times, after all.

There are many new faces on the Thread whom I have not met yet! I'll brew lots of tea, and provide other such refreshments, and we can all get a chance to relax and catch up! I'll be hosting on my world, of course, which anybody can access by simply looking up to the stars, and declaring,
'Great Elephant and Thread, take me to safety, take me to solace. I promise no violence and I promise civility, grant me entrance to Sequence's world.'

Unfazed—he, after all, had various versions and copies of himself scattered both within and without the Thread—he approaches Rebus, looking with mild distaste at the crown of Antagonist before lowering his gaze to meet Rebus's eyes. He would never say it, but he disliked how much Antagonist seemed to make him loom. Idrk how tall Rebus is actually.

That reminds me - is Cep short of Separation/Separated? Is it pronounced Kep and I’m just crazy? 
Rebus smiled at Cep, seeming legitimately glad to see him - for the man was interesting, and could very well be of use. “Hello, Cep.” 
I’d say above average, but not by an incredible amount - in the realm of 5’11”. Of course, Rebus’s appearance is at least partially a Narrative construct - he would remain a similar comparative height to whomever he’s around, and in some ways the way people imagine him is canon. 
And yes, Antagonist is very good for looming. There’s a reason why Rebus made it a crown, and a reason why I point out its existence when I do.

Dark Cep will always be differentiated as Dark Cep, so long as the separation (or CEParation, now—thanks @Dragonheir) is relevant

Also he has certain measures that can protect him from Rebus to a limited extent

Cricket looked away from Bacon, the fog clearing from his eyes and swore. His Author . . . it had happened again. The fading. This needed to stop. And Rose . . . he froze, afraid to think.

Rebus. he demanded.

Then, something fluttered near him. He frowned, grabbing a paper off the ground. He scanned it. An invitation. Another party of Sequence's. "It doesn't mean anything." he said, speaking to himself. Then he paused.

If there was another Thread-wide party, Rebus would surely be there. He would not miss the opportunity to spread his influence.

Well, maybe a little violence.
