Well, if you aren't going to kill Sain, I guess he is joining your party for now...

Sain looked at them, and then sighed. "I have it under control, now. It won't get away from me again."

He wove an armor of Strands around himself, encased in glowing golden tendrils. so there, haly. He held out a hand and a large spear made of the Strands. "I'm ready for whatever we are facing." He looked skeptically to Hidel.

I don't have a reason to!

Okay, then let's go.

He started back towards where the doorway would have been and hoped it still there.

It was indeed still there.

Bacon shrugged helplessly. "I never promised my advice would be good. And besides, how can I understand what your problem is when you don't even know?"

"I don't know!" Subversion sat up, throwing her hands in the air. "I just wish it was all real! I wish that things like people's happiness actually mattered outside of how they affect the story!" She fell back against her seat, arms flopping down by her sides, dangling off the edge of her therapy chair. "I wish," she said in a small voice. "That was real. Because..." She paused, thinking deep, introspective thoughts. "Because he thinks I'm real, maybe. I wish everything could be real like he thinks it is."

16 minutes ago, Ookla the Bacon said:

"Yes, I suppose," said Selppaenip, somewhat distractedly.

"All right." The adventurer fiddled with a device, activating Platypus's invitation to teleport him to the cell.

Gaioh nodded.

Lady Bug frowned. Not real?

And what had it been that she'd said earlier about her author?

What was this?

there is no wrong direction when zombies are involved

Soon, they ran into a zombie frantically tearing at the defenses of an official looking building.

Asher chuckled almost crazily and ran to it holding their hand out shooting out fire. They knew they needed to stay calm becuase they go slightly crazy and start just fighting everything. They get carried away and Cade doesn’t help with that. “Come here stupid zombie!!” LETS FRACKING GO!!! JUST SLAUGHTER THEM WOOOOOOOOO

He didn't really trust anyone right now.

Hacob smiled. Should I? It would be funny... Eh, why not.

The knife appeared in his hands after disappearing from Shoe's.

hmmm meant to merge

She reached for the knife, then paused as Gaioh began coughing again. "Is he all right?"

"I'm fine," he replied.

"All right..." She took a deep breath. "May I borrow that knife?"

Far away, a certain Scribe snickered as he wrote a line on the paper.

 Huh, okay. Maybe.

*responds*

Yeah, I'm here. Well, I can talk to you I guess.

I'm... fighting three hunters right now. Not sure if they're real or just part of the vision, but I don't trust Omen, so... be careful.

1 hour ago, Ookla the nostealnamepls said:

The hunter grunted, then looked down in shock as veins of darkness spread across his body. "Wha-what is this?" The veins spread across his entire body, the man's mouth opening in a Silent scream as the vines wrapped him tighter and tighter. In a few moments he was entirely gone, leaving behind no trace of his existence

The other two hunters stepped back, horrified expressions on their faces.

"That may be true, but this temple isn't just going to collapse." Moni summoned the rusted dagger of Endings into her hand, then walked to the entrance of the temple with a somber air. She knelt down before the entrance, then rammed the dagger down into the stone. Despite its frail appearance, the dagger slid smoothly into the stone and imbedded itself hilt-deep. Moni stood, then walked back towards Perseus. Cracks spread out from the dagger behind her, moving along the ground and climbing up the walls of the temple. In moments the beautiful statues that had lined the walls were dust, and seconds later the walls had followed them. The massive temple collapsed without a sound, and soon it was nothing more than a cloud of dust. "There." Moni said, dismissing her Plotblade and summoning it back to her side. "It's done."

"Maybe in some way we matter. But not in any of the important ways."

"I don't know!" Subversion snapped,  "I thought like you did, before I met Nogard. I thought that the story mattered, and since I was part of it, I mattered too. But now... I don't know, it just doesn't seem like enough anymore. I don't know why."

Moni shrugged. "Maybe it was Nameless reaching out from beyond the grave. Or maybe..." She frowned in thought. "It could have been my Author."

"Alright, thank you. Do you want to speak to the defendant's lawyer? He's busy at the moment, but I'm sure he'll be available soon."

Cricket stepped back, shocked. What had he done? No. These were murderers. He looked up in resolve and charged the hunters. These men had killed his friends and family. He would end them.

Perseus stepped back, shocked. Then Atreides, crusader, warrior, emperor, god, appeared. He was tall, but young, looking to be in his early twenties with pale skin and dark hair and black clothing with the exception of a golden crown. He wore a black blade in a dark sheath and had a silver cloak. "An Avenger of the Skavi and an Avatar of the Narrator Nameless. Strange company, to destroy a temple of mine." he said.

Asher hadn’t felt this free for forever. After they died and became unknown to emotions they just felt dull and now they could enjoy a fight!

Ahem what’s a cast again? I feel like I’ve asked that before but don’t remember. Sorry for the constant asking.  If this works listen to it if it doesn’t work just ignore it

asher swiped at the zombie with their blades hitting it a few times.
