[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

Spook grunted as his chest healed around the sword, Spook jerked the sword away from Nameless and drew it out of his chest dramatically. Spook chopped off Nameless' arm with a large sweep of his sword.

[NameIess]

Nameless took a step back, impressed. "You are rather skilled. I'm impressed, honestly. Still, you should surrender now. You have no chance at victory."

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

Spook smiled, "I admit I am flattered that you say that I am skilled, yet I will only surrender when your dead body lies at my feet."

[NameIess]

Nameless shook his head. "That won't happen. You can't beat me."

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

Spook sighed, "I wish I could stop, but I am bound by rash oaths made in anger."

[NameIess]

"Well, that's that then. Rash oaths simply can't be broken." Nameless sighed dramatically.

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

Spook rolled his eyes, "no, I swore using the power of oaths themselves, I acted rashly, I am now bound to try and kill you no matter what."

[NameIess]

"Well, too bad I guess. It's not like anything could break that oath."

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

"Nameless, I am literally bound by the universe itself to do this thing, yes people have broken oaths but mine was a powerful one which I shall not repeat."

[NameIess]

Nameless shrugged. "By the universe, I think you mean the power of Honor. Well, I can override that power."

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

Spook looked at Nameless, his eyes disbelieving, "what?"

Thaidakar muttered something in the corner.

[NameIess]

Nameless grinned. "You see, as a narrator, I could free you from your oath."

Everyone didn't understand why oaths had to be so complicated. Why does it matter if the only person you made the oath to was yourself?

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

Thaidakar stood up and shook his head, "no, not this one." Thaidakar looked as if he had no idea what he was saying, "the oath, it was, unnatural, more unnatural than all other oaths in the cosmere, he swore it to," Thaidakar shivered visibly, "the other one."

[NameIess]

Nameless shrugged again. "I don't care what force in the Cosmere you swore it to, I could break it."

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

Thaidakar shook his head, "not in the cosmere," Thaidakar sighed, "Nameless, even you can't break this oath, the other one is the opposite of me, the opposite of Adonalsium." Thaidakar looked confused on how he knew this information, "but he is stronger, we have been in an eternal war and the other one has an advantage over any power of mine."

[NameIess]

Nameless rolled his eyes. "Well, that settles that then." Spook exploded.

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

Thaidakar cringed visibly. the microscopic pieces of Spook landed everywhere. Thaidakar widened his eyes, "you didn't kill him, you only made him into billions no octillions of pieces so he couldn't rebuild himself for centuries yet!" 

[NameIess]

Nameless shrugged. Then he snapped his fingers, gathering all the tiny particles of ash that used to be Spook up into a hundred different chests of aluminum, before scattering them across the universe. "Seems like a pretty easy way to be done with him."

Everyone agreed with Nameless. That didn't sound so bad.

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

Thaidakar nodded. Suddenly Micheal appeared, he looked haggard and had a sunken look to him. Thaidakar jumped back, "GAH, I may have done that to people a lot but that doesn't mean I am still the same person."

Micheal looked up at Thaidakar and croaked, "save... me..."

[NameIess]

Nameless looked at Micheal curiously.

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

Thaidakar looked at Micheal, unsure of how to react. Micheal reached up to touch Thaidakar, Thaidakar strangely let him, Micheal reached, and then touched him. memory flooded into Thaidakar's mind and Thaidakar widened his eyes and looked around, "I, Nameless? what just happened?"

[NameIess]

Nameless groaned. "So now you have short term memory loss?"

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

"no," said Thaidakar, "I'm back for good." Thaidakar tapped Micheal's shoulder and the weariness and sunken look faded from Micheal, Thaidakar handed a cool water bottle to Micheal. Micheal took and drank half of it.

Thaidakar smiled, "better?" Micheal nodded, "good."

Micheal said, "thanks, Spook, is he here?" 

Thaidakar smiled warmly at Micheal, "Spook has been dealt with."
