Thaidakar smiled charmingly (what he can smile charmingly), "I disintegrated him for some reason, I can't remember off the top of my head right now but I know it was something serious."

"There was a war," said 655. "I ran away but I was turned into dust then I came back but I got turned into dust again and then again and..." He shuddered. "They keep doing it."

Thaidakar gently put his hand on 655's shoulder, "I am sorry 655 it was a confusing time."

655, the sole survivor of Kalithor from a past war lived quite a sad life.

655 did a wild karate-style move that failed horribly.

Thaidakar blocked with ease and then ate another slice of cake.

Thaidakar probably should have just let 655 land the blow to give him validation.

Thaidakar shrugged, he was trained to block stuff like that, he had had to back in the lab.

This was arguably a bad reason.

Thaidakar knew it seemed like that but only he actually knew his backstory, which involved a lab...

“A lab?” Everyone asked.

Thaidakar jerked, had he just said that? "oh, er. um."

Of course, this obvious attempt at an excuse to tell Thaidakar’s backstory was charmingly desperate, so Everyone urged him to continue.

Thaidakar sighed, "FINE FINE FINE."

Darren sat on the top bunk in the militaristic room, his roommate the drooling and nose picking Tommy was fast asleep. Darren hummed the Dr Strange theme as he read a book he had smuggled from the 'school' library. it was titled the Way of Kings. 

Darren smiled as he reread the prologue for what seemed the millionth time. he saw Gavilar mention Thaidakar with fear. Thaidakar was someone to fear, someone to respect. the door slammed open and a tall man with tan skin and dark hair (hint hint, look at the Spook and Micheal storyline) dashed in, he was an older student and was a friend of Darren's, his name was Rond.

Everyone began to take notes while 655 had memories of dust, the nameless consultant searched for Moni, Sequence was in pain, and the Wanderer fell asleep on the library couch.

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

Rond panted and Darren looked up, "what is it?" squeaked Darren.

Rond said, "Lord Waxel wants us to assemble at the library."

[NameIess]

Moni patted poor 655 on the back. "Don't worry. Thaidakar's a total jerk, but he hasn't tried to kill me directly yet. Just don't listen to any of his insane plans and you'll be fine."

"Well, in general you have to not do anything most narrators want you to and avoid anything that looks remotely dangerous, while simultaneously being extremely interesting so the narrators don't explode you out of boredom." Moni hesitated briefly "That said, I'm not the best person to ask for advice on the subject."
