He did? I mean, he did. And after destroying the snails he hid in a pocket dimension to slowly digest the golden pancakes.

The quest party members felt betrayed that Archivist had stolen all the pancakes for himself.

And so they cried about it for a while.

But I've never even been a part of the quest party. All you did was throw beds at me

The questing party knew this. They weren't exactly the most rational group of adventurers.

Surprisingly, he was the most logical of all of them.

Archivist shook his head at the questing party's strangeness and started napping inside his pocket dimension.

James and the questing consultant watched the party's antics from a bit off. The consultant sighed.

"Long day?" asked James.

The consultant moaned. "You know how long this quest has taken? Three months. Three months that I could have spent in the library, reading..."

[Rosharan A.C. he/him]

A.C. left the questing party momentarily to use the bathroom, and found a large totally-not-inconspicuous cave.

He called the rest of the party over to investigate.

They decided to shelter from the thunder battle there

Until they noticed that the cave was infested with pegasi.

Which they decided to tame while wondering what their quest was.

[Jaywalk he/him]

One member of the party had a great recipe involving pegasus meat.

The others wondered why she brought it up. They had plenty of chouta to eat.

[The_Archivist he/him]

Sensing pegasi in danger, Archivist teleported into the cave and used his newly gained golden pancake powers to summon pancakes for the questing party to eat instead.

[Rosharan A.C. he/him]

Unfortunately, Pegasi are ancient enemies of the golden pancake entity, and they assumed you were one of his followers. They attacked.

why A.C. ,  why! Weeping, Archivist created pancake razors and killed them. Then he cooked them.

The rest of the party turned on him and murdered him.

Thankfully it was just a projection and Archivist was still sleeping on the bed all along.

James filled the room with silence until everyone calmed down.

Why is silence always white text?

Because it's Silent. White text is invisible; silent noise is inaudible. The black background expresses how the silence is modulated to create anti-sound, which is discernible despite being of silence.
