"What kinds of problems?" Discontinuities. Plot holes. Things that don't make sense. Moment says, and then after a pause, It takes a lot more than most people expect to make a Plotblade. Many are forged through deeply integrated plot events, or are too deeply invested in plot events to be irrelevant. Those that do not fall under either category lose their purpose and with that, their stability.
