Shoe turned and, seeing them, backed away again.

So . . . what are they? I'm pretty sure they're not a feeling- he gestured to where the Spirits were, -since I can see them right here and because they've been following me.

Tam's expression turned thoughtful. "I wonder . . . if I summoned a random person here, would they be able to see them? Because you two-" she gestured to Tam and Gaioh, "-are from the same world, and neither of you can see them. But Shoe, Bat, and myself can, so . . ."

"Actually, I have a better idea."

Gaioh's hat sneezed, turning back into a pig, which Tam subsequently snatched off his head.

"Pig, can you see the floating rose?" she asked it, pointing to the floating rose.

Would the pig be able to?

She shrugged. "I don't know. Spirits are pretty common in my world. It takes a while for them to fade once they've been perceived. Maybe... ask them?"

He walked up to the spirits.

Hi . . . why are you here? he asked the rose.

No way he was going to talk to the rock or the leaf. Those felt way sillier.

The Render’s train ride thus far is much less eventful. It takes up two seats, and its wings reach into several more, but few people are brave enough to even be in the same car as it - even in a world this strange, the amount of seemingly accidental damage it’s done to its seat is alarming. It systematically bends, breaks, and sharpens the metal that makes up its body into the shapes it needs, not really knowing anything else to do while waiting. 

Faunus started pacing back and forth as he spoke, brow furrowed in thought, before she paused, green eyes snapping up to meet Kion’s, “Sequence let the Render out, it promised to behave, so she let it go. It didn’t get out.” Leaning against the wall, she sighed. “Kion, Narration is very different from your magic, so you really don’t know if we can kill it or not. But I don’t think I should try-“ she then paused, tilting her head to the side, as if listening. Then her eyes went wide with surprise. “We’ve got a destination.” Faunus said, hurrying over to a window to look out. She looked over at Kion, green eyes ablaze with determination, “We’ll continue what we started, but don’t ever take advantage of me again. Nor expect my trust to come so easily anymore. We’re going to Ragnarok”

Faunus realized she really should address this issue, the train was her creation after all. She dispelled it, the train the Render was riding, the parts it had made as part of its body, the track it used as well. Dumping the Render in the middle of nowhere.
