I know . . . he thought to himself. He looked at Gaioh.

He handed her the knife, then backed away slightly.

I don't see anything.

Cricket . . . what are you doing?

Cricket paused briefly. Ummmmmm... nothing, why? he lied.

I don't trust you. That's the thing.

It's not gonna be my problem, so you're welcome to ignore me. Just know that if I'm right, you won't like what happens next.

"Really? Maybe Subsy and Unintelligible weren't making stuff up."

"Who and who?" The Wizard's frown deepened. "What are you here for? They said you were a witness, yes?"

Cricket stepped back, shocked. What had he done? No. These were murderers. He looked up in resolve and charged the hunters. These men had killed his friends and family. He would end them.

The hunters reacted slowly, obviously horrified by what Cricket had done to their ally. One managed to swing a dagger at his head.

Outside of the trial, Omen had started humming an eerie tune to himself.

Perseus stepped back, shocked. Then Atreides, crusader, warrior, emperor, god, appeared. He was tall, but young, looking to be in his early twenties with pale skin and dark hair and black clothing with the exception of a golden crown. He wore a black blade in a dark sheath and had a silver cloak. "An Avenger of the Skavi and an Avatar of the Narrator Nameless. Strange company, to destroy a temple of mine." he said.

Moni narrowed her eyes at him. "Are you one of the gods who sent his people to this... Ragnorok place?"

He stepped a bit closer to Alva, and then looked away.

Moni narrowed her eyes at him. "Are you one of the gods who sent his people to this... Ragnorok place?"

Cricket rammed a dagger in his chest. Vengeance what was what mattered, vengeance and the Dreamsmith.

"They are far older than I. I was once like you, a Narrator, who was given incredible powers and burden. Avenger, I know what you seek, and you cannot have it." He held a pair of keys. "These, are the keys of Ragnorok. These are your only path. These, for the Plotblade."

Asher hadn’t felt this free for forever. After they died and became unknown to emotions they just felt dull and now they could enjoy a fight!

Ahem what’s a cast again? I feel like I’ve asked that before but don’t remember. Sorry for the constant asking.  If this works listen to it if it doesn’t work just ignore it

asher swiped at the zombie with their blades hitting it a few times.

casts are the magics of the Mystics

[Oooooooohhhhhh... so it isn't psychopathy. It was your deeaath... I get it now. The brain composition was slightly confusing, because you didn't really show any signs of psychopathy. But I think Bacon fixed it.]

They hit the zombie, and it seemed weakened.

[Hey! I have an IDEA! If we inject them back with the Adari, we may be able to cure them!]

Shoe noticed she wasn't doing anything and waved for her to continue.

Nevermind that she was about to . . . well.

She'd been dead in the first place, so it was probably fine . . . ?

Shoe refused to let himself feel conflicted about it right then.

"Kay..." She paused again. "Tell her I love her."

She stabbed through her chest. Her soul left through her mouth and drifted up to the sky. Her--- Beosta's body fell to the sand.
