This has been a long time coming so I hope you enjoy it! Also, behold my account's namesake

Xyr stepped into the valley, taking in the sights that he hadn't seen in so long. The lush forests, snow tipped mountains, and a small two story cottage. The second story held a balcony that he would meditate on during his visits. Neighboring it was a building with smoke coming out the chimney. The walls of the forge were cobblestone with an outward frame of wood, with a large chimney on the top. Both buildings had taken much time to build but were a huge help in almost every aspect. Xyr began the 5 minute walk to the buildings, sorrow weighing on his mind as he thought of the battle so long ago, the 3 dragons, Desolations galore, and most importantly the noise. The shouting and screaming, sounds of fighting and pain. He paused and looked at the sky and it comforted him. Pure, silent emptiness. Nothing to distract. Endless nothingness.

Xyr shook himself and returned to reality, this sort of thing happened less and less often, but it might be good to control when he did enter a trance. He shook himself and continued on. He soon came into range and heard the sound of a hammer on metal. Xiahida was hard at work. Again. He was in the stages of grief after the last Invasion. The blood will soon wash off. He made an oath to serve Xyr. When he made that oath Xyr went by another name. The being Void. Xyr walked into the forge and get a look at Xiahida. He was about 6 feet and wirey, but he had strength to rival a small bear. His hair was jet black and his eyes... they changed color whenever he used his magic his eyes changed color. Currently they were crimson red like a blood moon. The powder associated with that color granted him strength, probably forging a heavier metal, and gave him something akin to bloodlust. The color had dulled in his eyes so right now so he would be short of temper.

"I noticed you seemed to have lost not one but three of my kunai. You realize it took me several weeks to forge them to your specific requests," Xiahida chastised "Any words you wish to say to me?" Xyr explained the battle that had recently occurred, the chaos and noise. "It is time for an Invasion, their chaos unsettles me, and so their last breaths shall be spent weeping in pain and the knowledge that all others shall suffer the same fate."

"And what of Darkness?" Xiahida inquired.

"His crimes are the same as the others. When will you be prepared for the Invasion?"

"About a month."

"Ready yourself, 42 days remain, Death follows."

And so is the other nature of Void. When things come into existence they are an insult. And so, Void shall destroy them, or in other words he shall bring about the Death of them.

Dun Dun Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun. Ready yourself!!!!!!!!!!!! Also goodnight

nice!

"I think so. The weapons the Dreamsmith made for me feel the same way."

Subversion, who is the stand-in for Nameless as he's dead, shrugs. "I think it's Xyr. And it's not a prophecy, just an ultimatum. He's going to try and kill us all in forty-two days."

Hacob, standing next to Subversion corrected her. "I think that it means he's gonna try to kill Darkness in 42 days, so we had better be ready to take our opportunity. Maybe Kilometers will end up going to the Dreamsmith after all."

"No, he quite clearly wants to kill all of us, Darkness included."

"Oh." Hacob looked up from a scroll in his hand. He had written the prophecy down. "My bad, I definitely misread that. Oh well! I've been wanting to fight anyway."

"I was thinking we should go ahead and kill him before he's ready, as I don't want it cutting into me and Platypus's duel."

Xiahida stood in the center of the valley, reading his Will. He brought out one of three types of powder. A variant, based on the New Moon, granted him the power to control other things. He willed it to embed itself in one of the ropes wrapped around his waist, and his view transferred to that of the ropes. He flew from the man's body and flew through the forest in front of him. He wrapped around a giant tree and slowly squeezed it. A loud CRACK sounded throughout the forest as the large tree snapped in the middle, shrapnel flying everywhere. Xiahida's vision snapped back to his body, Will fatigued. That exertion was more than he could do on a regular basis, but in a pinch he could manage one or two major attacks. He retrieved his rope and continued back to the forge, ready to continue his current project.

"That is probably a good idea, but I think it'll happen after the duel is over."

Xiahida takes a step back, holding the breastplate out in front of him, satisfied with his work. A beautiful peace of work, a shiny material that can withstand a meteor strike with only the need for a polish. Now began the hard part, the one that made him restart this piece a dozen times over. He moved into a room in his forge, sat down on the table, put on a pair of lenses, and started to etch a symbol into the breastplate. The last preparations were about a week ahead of schedule.

abalador pokes his head in. "hiya, do i know you? you look familiar"

Xiahida's hand slips and makes an incorrect marking on the breastplate

"How did you get here? This land was Invaded before your world was considered to be made."

abalador shrugs. "im not the answer guy here. and besides, just because im from canamori, the realm of answers, doesnt mean i give out answers"

"well, im friends with xyr. and hold on, lemme fix the plate for you" and his hands bring up a purple energy that glows slightly, which he directs back towards the plate to un-do the damage he did.

Everyone applauded unenthusiastically. "That doesn't really answer my question, but well done, I suppose." Sequence gave Everyone a light punch on the arm. "Be nice! That was a wonderful trick!"

Xyr walks in confused how people got past his defenses around this place.

"Alright, everyone get on the ground and tell what the heck is happening and who are you?"

Xiahida gets down and whispers to the other two "Just do it so he doesn't kill the three of us."
