Through the Living Elan He/Him Posted August 23, 2023 Posted August 23, 2023 Ryss froze. The creature had died, but it had taken his narration first. And with it… his connection to the world? He moved his hand and it left behind hundreds of multicolored afterimages. He could still feel his connection with his author, like a gigantic weight pressing on his brain. Except… it was permeable, in a way. He pushed on it, and felt something like a tilting scale. His eyes glowed black and… yes! There it was! He shoved on the weight. Hard. There was a blinding flash of light, and Ryss disappeared. A person stood in his place. His hands were poised as if to type something down. He looked up quickly, and took in the crazy world of TLT. “Oh no…” he said.

Scars of Hathsin he/him Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 Arranis, yelled back, Ummm... It seems spirits are unchangeable, and people affected by spirits are resistant, but I could try to make you resistant, As he summons his sword, the force pushes at him again, seemingly stronger this time, gritting his teeth against it, he attempts to change Unintelligible, but nothing happens, and instead goes in swinging the sword, in combination with his spren blade

Through the Living Elan He/Him Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 (edited) The person who had replaced Ryss (who Isn’t going to be named by me, for his privacy. Too bad “Nameless” is already taken) looked around at the creatures that had, for some reason, came rushing towards him. He cocked his head and then moved his fingers, writing glowing words in the air. “The creatures around him all disintegrate.” He wrote. In response a wave of power radiated outwards and disintegrated the creatures who had been feeding on him. He gasped sharply as a powerful cold spread through his body, an overwhelming feeling of emptiness. He collapsed on the ground, hand to his chest. More of the creatures began rushing towards him, and this time he didn’t do anything to stop them. He just sat there on his hands and knees, eyes wide, breathing in and out quickly. If you are lying, the spirits will remove your soul promptly. If not... then you shall join me in my endeavors. Now, for the rest of you who wish to keep fighting, I wish you luck. You are a noble bunch, defending what you love, but you will fail inevitably in keeping everything as you want. May your knives chip and shatter!" And, with that, Feanor disappeared in a burst of blue flames, spirits rushing everywhere, attacking everyone they could. Thaidakar's body lay on the ground, eyes open, facing upward, a sarcastic smile frozen on his face. His last words were etched into his mouth, "You will fall!" Scars of Hathsin he/him Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 Arranis looked shocked at what had happened, he kept remembering the light that had come out of the dead person, it had been stunning and beautiful, as he kept fighting the spirits, he swore with each touch of a spirit on a part seemed to take something from along an invisible line between him and a being of immense power, and control.
