ThroughTheLivingSequence she/her/they/them Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 29 minutes ago, Thaidakar the Ghostblood said: Fluffy blinked, stepping away awkwardly. Fuzzy nodded understandingly. “My apologies.” She then vanished. Meanwhile, someone began to ponder about how they’d start their shop.
NameIess Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 The brave adventurer slams his hammer down onto the red-hot bar, then curses softly under his breath, examining the new bend in the partly-forged metal. All this blacksmithing stuff was a lot harder than he'd thought it would be. And he didn't have any customers. He shakes his head, picking the bar up with tongs and placing it back in the forge to be melted down, then sits down to rest for a bit. Maybe he should go ask that puffball thing if it needed a weapon? No, he was sure that the customers would come eventually. Surely someone would need a new weapon for use in this new world.
Silva Posted June 26, 2023 Posted June 26, 2023 Ignoring the concept of Plot, a duck walked up to the forge. "Got any grapes?"
NameIess Posted June 27, 2023 Posted June 27, 2023 The brave adventurer hesitates. "Fresh out. I do have some glue though, if that works."
Weaver of Shadows he/him Posted June 28, 2023 Posted June 28, 2023 The adventurer pulls the metal bar out of the forge slams his hammer down on the metal bar again, causing the duck to jump. “Rusting bar won’t bend to my will!” the adventurer yelled.
NameIess Posted June 29, 2023 Posted June 29, 2023 The brave adventurer jumps, pulling one of the display swords off the wall and pointing it at the intruder. “Hey! How’d you get in here?”
Immortal Platypus Posted July 6, 2023 Posted July 6, 2023 I'm kinda disappointed at how little has happened, but kinda relieved too. Platypus wondered where the chicken had been. He also wondered if people ever thought about how being controlled by a person, or more than one person would feel. Then he shuddered and "POofFed" away.
NameIess Posted July 8, 2023 Posted July 8, 2023 Subversion was also disappointed in the lack of stuff going on, and offered to teach Platypus how it felt to be controlled by someone else.
NameIess Posted July 8, 2023 Posted July 8, 2023 Subversion took Levi’s mind and turned it into a shadow rabbit to see what would happen.

Weaver of Shadows he/him Posted July 9, 2023 Posted July 9, 2023 Levi attempted to do whatever it is a shadow rabbit does.
NameIess Posted July 10, 2023 Posted July 10, 2023 Subversion watched Levi with fascination. New Narrators were always so interesting. 6 hours ago, Being of Cacophony said: Platypus noticed immediately as he was diving around in there so he changed it back and forced Subversion out of his mind. Subversion took the opportunity to make Platypus a new avatar named Hacob.
Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him Posted July 11, 2023 Posted July 11, 2023 Alandero Porkton arrived on the bow of a ship, singing about his bullet.
Weaver of Shadows he/him Posted July 11, 2023 Posted July 11, 2023 But it was fired from a very special gun.
Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him Posted July 11, 2023 Posted July 11, 2023 A very special gun that his son, Hpillih would later use in a duel.
NameIess Posted July 11, 2023 Posted July 11, 2023 (edited) Sadly, the tiny bit of specialness that the bullet did have was on that occasion expended in a most unusual way. Edited July 11, 2023 by Nameless*
Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him Posted July 11, 2023 Posted July 11, 2023 Indeed. In the meantime, Alandero went to college. Then, seeking an accelerated course of study, he approached Verin Prickly.
NameIess Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 Verin was actually quite nice and had been one of Nameless’ favorite WoT characters, so no one knew why she’d gotten the “prickly” nickname.
Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 Little did Nameless know it wasn't Verin from WoT, despite that character being fantastic.
NameIess Posted July 13, 2023 Posted July 13, 2023 This would have made Nameless sad, but he wasn’t really around to know, so it was fine. Subversion approved of the name expectation subversion though.
