Bookwyrm couldn't hear the crack across the vacuum.

But he did see the chasm form.

"That's not good," Bookwyrm said to himself. He teleported over to Nameless's planet to see if he could help anyone who might be in trouble.

This confused Bookwyrm, because the planet had no sapient creatures besides him.

It turned out that there were entire mushroom empires hiding in the oceans, and now they fought to control the planet.

Thaidakar nodded as he started to consider those options. he still had TLPW in mind, but those other options looked like hot deals. he probably should work on deciding on an Heir too... Spook would work, but not well enough for the story. Micheal would also work. but he wasn't right for it. his life was happy enough in the backdrop of TLT. he didn't want to ruin that. AdoKho was... what was Adokho doing?

The storm striders then found themselves blocked by AdoKho's brilliant forcefield he had stolen from a passerby, he didn't know who the passerby was or why they were there; only that they had a forcefield generator that kept out baddies. so he had, obviously, stolen it for his own well being.
