The members of the Council of Rocks were all sedimentary.

And they were extremely offended by a rock tree.

So offended, in fact, that they went to war.

Unfortunately, all their axes broke against the rock tree's trunk.

And then began the massacre.

For the volcano erupted!

The volcano laugh evilly.

The choppers yelped in surprise as they were buried in lava.

It was all part of the Overlord's plot.

The rock tree was distressed to find that they had also been buried by the flow.

Until they realized that the lava was soothingly warm.

It soothed them to sleep.

They didn't wake until 100 years had passed.
