No secrets here, just me wanting to remove some stress, as I felt preassured by the part where I ended up leading them on my own. Sorry to disappoint you here

Sorry to disappoint you here I personally think you would have been a great leader, and we as a Council would have backed you up. But, again, your choice, don't want to pressure you or anything like that. I respect that decision.
