They're both from my favorite musical, Dogfight, which isn't that well known compared to Les Mis or Disney. I may or may not set the entire soundtrack to Stormlight themes and characters, because I really love it and there's enough similarities to use. Spoiler It's about a group of marines shipping out to Vietnam who throw a Dogfight their last night in San Francisco. A Dogfight is where each contestant brings a date and the marine with the ugliest date wins the pot. The first song is the marines setting up the Dogfight, which I've re-set to be Bridge 4 learning how to use stormlight. Spoiler The next song takes place after Eddie takes Rose (our two main characters) to the Dogfight and Rose finds out what that actually entails from another marine's date, who is a prostitute and in on it. Rose is crushed, and Eddie feels bad and tries to take her on an actual date. That's First Date/Last Night, but in our Stormlight version, it's Kaladin and Shallan returning to the warcamps through the chasms after being trapped there for the Highstorm. But my personal favorite is Hoid singing "You're Welcome" while dragging Kaladin around the Cognitive Realm and the Cosmere. (I really like that rhyme)(although technically we don't know Hoid has been to Threnody, so you could substitute "And to Taldain as well!". But I like this better.) I confused you with stories, when you were in jail! I lightwove with Shallan, and Radiant, and Veil ("Radiant" is one syllable, "Ray-dyant") What's the moral, what is the ending here? I'll stop Odium if it takes me a hundred years! (Technically, we don't know Hoid's goals. But this sounds good.) And the powers I tell of in this rhyme Allow me to fiddle with life and with time! To be perfectly honest, I meant whatever the world in the forests of hell is. I'll edit it, hold on... It's Threnody, apparently, and it's the one world we don't have confirmation of him on. But we think he visited it anyway, and if he didn't, I had an alternate version. As for Sarene... I think it rhymes with "serene", but if it doesn't it actually makes it better because the next line can be something besides what I had. Not sure what yet though. Speaking of Holiday Cosmere songs, the “Mystery Project” thread took an interesting twist several weeks back, and somehow ended up spawning several holiday songs, such as “Frosty the Snow Dragon,” “Santa Rayse is Coming to Town,” and “Kaladin the Angsty Bridgeboy.” To get the full effect you really need to read the posts in order, starting with this post 2

For some reason I feel like there is a version of this somewhere on the forum already, but I might be misremembering. Also, I actually think that "okay bye" works in the parody without needing to be changed, because (WoR spoilers) Spoiler Nightblood appears on Roshar separated from Vasher, and it is implied that they have been separate from each other for a long time. I also believe that there is a WoB somewhere that says that they had a falling out, but I might be making that up.
