So apparently, if you wanted one of the saddest weddings known to man, you can pay 600 dollars and get married at a Taco Bell.

huh. 600 dollars be a little steep for that

I think you might rethink that assessment when you consider that normal, nice weddings cost several thousand dollars.

I think that if one would be forced to be wed there. It should be free.

Just got back from Lego Batman.

Go see it. Like the Lego Movie, it's hilarious and meta, but I'd say it has even more feels.

I need to know.

DOES EMMET GET A CAMEO??

Blandman, aka the protagonist from the first movie.

Ooohhhhh, right. He used his diabolical blending-in powers and made me forget his name for a minute.

I don't think so. This one is more of a standalone.

Pretty sure that @Quiver ought to be writing the DCU movies. Somewhere, in an alternate universe, he is, and the DC movies are actually better than the MCU ones.

Calamity spoilers:

Spoiler

Calamity's presence makes heroes suck.

There is a parallel universe where Calamity does not exist and heroes are fantastic.

Zack Snyder is present in our universe.

He makes heroes like Superman and Batman suck.

Confirmed: Zack Snyder is Calamity.

"Snyder, were you supposed to leave us?" Quiver asked

Snyder didn't reply

"SNYDER!! After you directed Watchmen, were you supposed to leave?"

"Why would I remain in this terrible place longer than I had to?" He said dismissively

"In Twi's parallel world," Quiver whispered, "There you did leave, and your horrible screenwriting never claimed DC. Here, you remained, and you infected the DCU somehow. Your screenwriting, your lack of vision, You turned each movie into a copy of you, Zack"

yeah, kinda screws with me. Cos they will go on for hours about the stuff they love, but the moment I start speaking about something I love they tell me to shut up, perhaps because they know what's coming XD

One of my friends has the following policy for what books she'll read: throw it at her, and she'll read it. Eventually.
The thing is, most of my friends are nigh-constantly talking about books in any case, so I can get friends to read my favourite books, but it takes a while.

Anyone watching Legion? @Quiver?

Actually, no. I didn't realise it had a UK release; only found out earlier today.  So, gonna download it from our service provider and get caught up.

I'm...curious, though. Reckon it could be really good, or really bad. Thoughts?
