The explosive Space shuttle

(Hey I just remembered this)

When I read Alex Rider a couple of years ago, there was this clone of Alex that was on some island prison. On the Island there was a psychologist ho played a game similar to this except she would try to stop him from being a homicidal maniac. 

It went kinda like this

 

Psychologist: Grass

Clone: Blade (of grass?)

 

Psychologist: Water

Clone: Poisoned (water)

 

Yeah

Yeah 

It's a common psychological technique to test the sanity (or otherwise) of a patient. Also, it's a surprisingly fun game.
