Draginon he/him Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 Wanted to try getting the Ultima Weapon in KH1 but I was getting sick of synthesis item hunting so I decided just to go ahead and fight the final boss. Might go back to get the ultimate weapons, fight the Phantom, Ice Titan and Sephiroth and maybe attempt the Unknown but I want a break so I’m heading into FF12

I cannot even begin to say how good this JRPG is. It's perfect. I was worried about NIS handling localization but they got ALL of the old English VA's back.

Grinding the multiplayer while my fiancé and I watch RedLetterMedia on my laptop. Makes it go by muuuuch more enjoyably.
Dulator he/him Posted November 4, 2019 Posted November 4, 2019 Finally was able to finish Assassin's creed: Origins this weekend. Now I am going to try to max out everything I can do in Origins and Odyssey while I wait for Blackfriday with hopes that the DLCs will be discounted .

Jaywalk he/him Posted November 12, 2019 Posted November 12, 2019 Started the Xenoblade Chronicles 2 DLC a few days ago—Torna: The Golden Country. Xenoblade’s my favorite game series of all time, and there’s nothing like a new bit of story to reinvigorate my love for it.
overlord stick Posted November 12, 2019 Posted November 12, 2019 So, I recently re-installed Skyrim, got tons of mods downloaded and ready, and naturally decided to re-play Shadow of War, because why not. I forgot how much I enjoy this game and the nemesis system, even if the free-run/climbing is really annoying sometimes.

At first, the gameplay can be clunky when you're trying to balance your loadout but once you master it is actually a great game. The story is incredibly masterful yet weird and I can't even say anything without spoiling it. I'd recommend reading/watching a few gameplay or reviews before though. I can see why it's so divisive.

Briar King Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 Bought Fallen Order today. What a sick opener! Graphics look wonderful in 4K on Xbox. Nice to see species from the animated shows and new movies. Think I ll enjoy this. Hopefully it’s longer then Titanfall games... 2

I finished the story last night after about 25 hours, and I still have TONS of side content to do. Some people are blazing through it around 10-15 hours, but they're missing a lot of the optional dialogue with the crew that delves into the story more. Take your time, look around, and have a blast! 1

I'm about 50 hours into Persona 5, in between the fourth and fifth palaces. (I'm also still working through Untitled Goose Game on the side).

Draginon he/him Posted December 1, 2019 Posted December 1, 2019 Still playing FF12 and am having a little trouble with Daedalus in Giruvegan. I keep getting him down to the final 10-20% and he decimates all my characters. Kind of wishing that they had let Reddas join for this segment of the game. Might as well go with some leveling up to try boosting my characters stat wise.

It felt a little short, but I can’t really complain seeing as it was made by four(?) people. Overall it was a fun, charming game and I’m happy I bought it.

Briar King Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 Still going with Fallen Order. Have had an utter blast and really challenged myself with the harder difficulty setting. This is making me want to retry Sekiro or Bloodborne once I’m finished.
The Awakened Salad they/them Posted December 9, 2019 Posted December 9, 2019 Got one of the bad endings in Persona 5. Thankfully the game lets you save before you make any critical decisions, so I could try again. But watching the credits play with the unsettling music was really unnerving. 1
