That still doesn't explain how it actually works.

Kind of like this

Yeah I was about to say as well, I've got pages of problems that occur with kinetic energy Epics using powers defensively for Impact and MV. The simplest thing is to freeze a layer of air over their skin then that air acts as an impenetrable barrier since it can't move. But then you need to leave holes so they can breathe.

with a few modifications.

First off, she can control what energy she absorbs and were, so she can make sure not totally absorb the kinetic energy of the air around her mouth, actually one of first ways she died was stopping the airflow around her mouth and nose, suffocating herself.

Second she can absorb all heat energy because some heat would escape , warming the air around her.

When moving she absorbers all energy touching her back and sides, unless moving backward or sideways. Best time to kill her would be when she is moving backwards.

All other types of energy, except light, she absorbs unconditionally.

After using her blanket affect for a team me, she gets really groggy and even more irritated, like someone right after pulling an all nighter studying for a finale.

Given that some Epic powers work with equipment, I wonder if Epics could also make implausible tech work. Like the Ironman suit or Veronica. Robot animals would also be nice. :P

I don't think anyone would want to be Calamity, though. Or an Epic, for that matter.

Well, I don't want to be a svrakiss or a Torturer of Heralds, but those are rep ranks.

mail-mi hasn't been completely converted yet.

Neither have I. I mean, the occasional ponifying is fun and I like the comics, but I've never watched the show.

I'm "King of the Kobolds" there now. Don't mean to hint, but if you make me an admin there I can start toying around with different background themes.

I wouldn't mind an Adminization either. :P

Have you guys ever looked back at your intro threads? I just did. I was so young and innocent back then!

Being a corrupted half-girl half-wolf abomination isn't normal for a new Sharder. But in the Dark Alley it is.

Just a question, how do people feel about recreating characters from other settings?  Today, I've been playing around with how a couple of my Mistborn: The Inquisition characters would manage in the Reckoner-verse, and was wondering about making some Vanilla versions of them to participate in the RP.  Thoughts?

I think Seonid did that with some of his characters from a world he's designed, so I'm totally fine with using characters from other settings. I think it could be really interesting.

I know as much about Mistborn: The Inquisition as Chaos knows why there's ponies everywhere he looks, but I think that could be really interesting. :D

So you guys are okay with me bringing in my 10 main characters from my series, having them be good minor Epics, then get magically transported away for a week, only to come back and realize Oregon is destroyed? :P

Do not mistake my upvote for approval. :P

The only characters I've even begun to brainstorm are nigh-omnipotent demigods that can wipe out civilizations on a whim, so... probably a bit too OP for Oregon? :P

Astoria could handle them. :P

I like that idea. Maybe because I spent some time there and I know a few of your characters. Can I request that the drunk Skaa rebellion guy whose name escapes me be one of the ones you write here? I loved that character. While we're on the topic, I don't know if you remember, but I had a WIP character there, Aspir Elariel, and I based Edgerunner's looks off of her. So I based a fictional character in a fanon RP off of a fictional character in a different fanon RP. :P

I'm on the Wiki. I'll try to add things. My username's The Only Joe.

And A Midsummer Night's dream is over, so I'll be much more active now!

Awesome! I'm expanding the Funtimes article now. Resisting the urge to add all the info I've gotten from PMs. :P

And again, awesome! :D

Wait, are you telling me y'all have your own wiki now?

Eeyup. :P

Twi, what's Quota's real name again? I can't seem to remember it.

Roosevelt Barthes. Like the president, followed by something that sounds like "barf." I like what you did with the Funtimes article, by the way.

Thanks. And thanks. :D

Where's this wiki? I needs it now, precious. (Seriously, I need this. It would help so much.)

Here's the link. It's not very pretty yet, nor very expansive, but hopefully it will someday be a good resource for new players. :)

We do have loads and loads of characters, don't we?

We do. Though I probably spend more time cropping the pony pictures for the infoboxes than I do writing the articles. :P

Can I be admined please? :) I will add my characters immediately!

Voidus is the only Bureaucrat on the wiki, so you'll have to ask him. You can always start adding the articles now, though. :)

Also, I added Scribbler's weakness and its cause, as they're both publicly known. :(
