Where I walk, darkness follows.

Few can catch me, and none can hold me.

I drag myself up twisting thorns, to take that which sustains you.

A prismatic gleam is proof of my purity, though none but I believe it.

I travel where men do not walk.

I risk what I am given and gain by deception.

Fortune follows the third try.

Anyone who knows the Passions knows this.

Shallan? Please also try to keep each boast to at least four lines.

EDIT: Thanks. Sorry about that, but I appreciate you fixing it.

The beauty that I am is too great to be known to man,

Yet my bright face is admired by all.
Do not lift your hands against me
For even if I am cut down
I rise up again to humiliate my enemies;
I regard them as the fish of the sea.
The kiss of stone gives me the strength
To raze the wall of thorns that tries to choke me
And give the fourscore light I am to the land.

This was fantastic. I puzzled over this one for the longest time. I still don't think that I know if, but here is a shot.

Is it Ashraven?

Bingo! I enjoyed writing it.

He is famous, as the Emperor, but the fact that he only exists on an Essence Mark, the great work of art, must be kept secret.

He was attacked by assassins, but came back. And he hates fish.

The Soulstamp pushed him to do what he always wanted to do for his kingdom as the Emperor of Eighty Suns.

Whoa! I can't believe I got it. I spent the longest time on that one. Great boast.

With faith in logic,

Rejected by monsters,

Wearing no mere ornaments,

I bring salvation to all.

Sorry to make you guys cringe at bad rhyming, but here's mine.

I helped create a monstrosity,

yet the monstrosity supported me.

Our conspiring against the king began,

With money and wealth we'd replace the man.

But a pity it was that before we were done,

I was stabbed in the back,

by the man who thought he'd won.
