WLIU Name 10 times that a Doctor Who companion has died. Yes, you can count the same companion multiple times.

Major spoilers, so beware.

  1. Adric in that classic series Cyberman episode.
  2. Captain Jack Harkness in The Parting of the Ways.
  3. Captain Jack Harkness in Utopia.
  4. Captain Jack Harkness in The Sound of Drums.
  5. Captain Jack Harkness in The Stolen Earth.
  6. River Song in Forest of the Dead.
  7. Rory Williams in Amy's Choice.
  8. Rory Williams in The Hungry Earth.
  9. Amelia Pond in The Angels Take Manhattan.
  10. Rory Williams in The Angels Take Manhattan.

...Wasn't there a recent death I'm overlooking? Eh, I'm sure it'll come to me. :P

Name seven different planets the Doctor has landed on.

The one with the fish guys from Season 3! I can't remember its name...

WLIU, name all of the episodes from Season 8 of Doctor Who.

Posted
  1. Deep Breath
  2. Into the Dalek
  3. Robots of Sherwood
  4. Listen
  5. Time Heist
  6. The Caretaker
  7. Kill the Moon
  8. Mummy on the Orient Express
  9. Flatline
  10. In the Forest of the Night
  11. Dark Water
  12. Death in Heaven
  13. Last Christmas (Christmas special)

That's probably not the right order, but fortunately I wasn't told to give them in order. :P I'm pretty sure that's all of them, though.

Name eight individual Doctor Who villains. (Meaning specific villainous characters, not entire races.)

Not only is it correct, it actually is in order, as far as I can tell! I actually considered asking for it in order, but that might've been a bit much. :P

Anyways:

  1. The Master
  2. Rassilon
  3. Omega
  4. Davros
  5. Cassandra
  6. The Devil (dunno if that's what he's actually called)
  7. The Siren
  8. The Fisher King

WLIU, name all the episodes of BBC's Sherlock.

1. A Study in Pink

2. The Blind Banker

3. The Great Game

4. A Scandal in Bohemia

5. The Hound of the Baskervilles

6. Fall of the Reichenbach

7. The Empty Hearse

8. The Sign of Three

9. Charles Augustus Magnussen

I'm not totally sure about all of these, and I may have replaced the tv series title with the title of the Doyle short story in some cases. And I'm pretty sure the last one is wrong.

Close enough.  :P It's Belgravia, not Bohemia, Baskerville, not -villes, Reichenbach Falls, and His Last Vow. But hey, there's worse things to replace them with that the originals!

You didn't give a new challenge, so I'll go ahead and post one to keep the thread alive.

Without looking it up, give the real names of four Sharders. Only if their names have been made public, of course. Don't go revealing anything confidential. :P

WLIU name 10 Sharders/people with accounts on the site who live in Utah. You cannot name yourself (if you live in Utah).

Edit: Does it help at all if I say that I worded it that way intentionally to give two freebies in the form of people who aren't technically Sharders but have accounts on the site? (*cough*PeterandBrandon*cough*)

Or not. Just to resurrect this game, name the three dragons of Aegon the Conqueror and his two Sister-Wives, Visenya and Rhaenys. (Kind of a GoT nut, I know. You'll probably have to have read the books in order to get this one)

Balerion, Maraxes, Vhagar?  Or am I misordering them (and their kin) somehow?

Without looking them up, name all the mad scientist characters you can, and their stories of origin.  Top 3 above 10 characters gain a rep boost.

After 2 years he began working on his dream and created Frankestein. But when the good doctor realised that he had created a monstrosity rather than another human being he flees. The Monster hunts Victor down and begs him to listen to his story( the monster isn't mindless as most people assume, just scary) and forces him to build him a female companion so FRankestein(the monster wouldn't have to live a lonely life

2.Opal Koboi (ARtemis Fowl) a megalomaniac pixie who basically wants to rule the word (and underworld), She is an extremely creepy pixie scientist who is willing to kill herself and race to rule the world (if confused just read the books)

Not quite, on that one, Landis. You've got half right, but you're wrong on the other half. Namely, Heathrow, Gatwick, Newark, OHare, Orlando, Venice, Munich, Zurich, Geneva, and Vienna. (Also, IND is for Indianapolis, but I assume that's what you meant)

LON is Heathrow, GTK is Gatwick, NRK is Newark, CHI is Ohare, ITA is Venice, VNA is Vienna?  Still haven't looked those up.

LON is all London airports. Heathrow and Gatwick start with an L, but the rest is based on their airports. That should help you out a lot.  Newark, OHare, Venice, and Vienna are still wrong (you're really close with Vienna though).
