1. Night blood.

2. Syl

3. Pattern

4. Oathbringer

5. Adolin's Shardblade

(That doesn't count, does it?)

I'd say they are all fine except Adolin's shardblade. What's the next topic?

Some others:

Callandor (Wheel of Time)

Sunraiser (Stormlight Archive)

Sting (The Hobbit)

Anduril (LOTR)

Needle (ASoI&F)

Long Claw (ASoI&F)

Hearteater (ASoI&F)

The Vorpal Sword (Through the Looking Glass)

Rhindon (Chronicles of Narnia)

You can add Glamdring from LotR - Gandalf's sword, and Orcrist, which was Thorin's sword.

Here are three more:

Oathkeeper (ASoI&F)

Widow's Wail (ASoI&F)

Narsil (LotR)

Four,

Six,

Seven....,

You don't want me to type them all, do you?

So, I haven't done this before - do I just assume I'm right and have a go? In which case:

WLIU, what's in my pocket? (At time of posting, Starter for 10: there are 3 items, one of them is a note of my doctors appointment and another is a handkerchief).

WLIU, what's in my pocket?

The One Ring.

If that is the answer you were looking for, my question is, without looking it up, what is written on the One Ring? (You don't need to give it in Elvish, English is fine.)

That's an easy one:

"One ring to rule them all, one ring to find them, One ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them."

WLIU: Name the Horcruxes.

Ah, Harry Potter

The Diary

The Ring / Resurrection Stone

The Locket

The Cup

The Diadem

The Snake, Nagini

WLIU: name all the characters of George RR Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire who have a chapter from their POV in all five books.

(Hint: Jon Snow is NOT one of them.  He does not have a chapter in A Feast for Crows.)

Hint 2: There is only one.

Well actually that wasn't the right answer. The one ring was in Bilbo's pocket, but clearly, I am not Bilbo Baggins. It was a trick question of course - so don't roll back the quiz. The correct answer was a memory stick with all my writing on it (about 900,000 words). But who was going to guess that.

So, play on - I have no idea about the GRRM question.

um...

Sarah Connor

Emma Peel

Fred Flintstone

Sarah Connor

Richard Sharpe

Hmmm, I'll not post a question as I'm pretty sure I'm wrong. (Fred Flintstone and Richard Sharpe both died in the first book didn't they?)

Ah, since that's the answer to a different question?

For people wondering about the rules:

You don't actually have to get the question right before you ask a new question.  You just give it your best shot, and if you think you got it right, you go ahead and do another question.

If you didn't get enough answers, or made a joke answer, waiting is a good idea.  That way, other people who want to guess have a chance.  (Spot on, ChocolateRob!)  But if nobody knows the answer and it has been a couple of days, it's fine just to give it your best shot and then ask another question, just to keep the game moving.

After you post it, if you look it up and realize you were wrong, you can make it up to everybody by adding a funny picture or something!

But don't worry about these rules.  They aren't set in stone.  I made them up.  The goal was to make this game quick and trivial, whereas Bad Descriptions is slower and more confusing.

I -THINK- it's Arya and Sansa.

Ned didn't have any POV's after Game of Thrones

Cat didn't have any PoV's after Sword of Storms

Jon didn't have PoV's in Feast for Crows

Tyrion didn't have any PoV's in Feast for Crows

Dany didn't have any POV's in Feast for Crows

Arya and Sana has chapters for Feast of Crows, and I think they both got one or two chapter sat the end of Dance of Dragons. I'm pretty sure the other PoV characters were all introduced in later books.

Am I right or wrong?

It must only be Arya then, Sansa doesn't have a PoV in A Dance with Dragons.

Suggestion: How about there is a period of say 48 hours for the winner to respond, after which the honour opens up to first person in?
