The voice inside 209845's head disappeared. It looked at Réva, then at Jidah. Why did they seem so afraid of it? And Réva... she looked like she was about to collapse. 209845 reached out to comfort her...

She took several deep breaths. She looked after where the two viruses had run, then back at 209845. "They weren't attacking."

"Apologies. I got consumed by the thrill of the fight. I will try not to have it happen again."

I guess, if Jidah has chosen a different direction. Maybe they could find each other again in a room that a lot of the tunnels are connected to or something
