The desks were destroyed or overturned, some scorched. Strange. He wasn't quite sure what it was, but it pulled a breeze toward him, the flaming wall slowly dying. Kai turned and store towards the Theif, laying the ground, summoning Skye as a regular sword, straight, norrow, and sharp. "Stay. Down." He placed the tip of the sword at the Thief's neck. Quote To be clear, he used Adhesion (surge of pressure and vacuum to pull the air away from the fire, putting it out. Teon fumed. This man, a criminal, assuming that he did not know? He had been there. He had lived in the streets, lived with the lowest of the low. Fenna doubted many other Metalborn had experienced this—you needed pewter to make up for the strength lost by storing weight. Not only that, but her savantism lent her jumps greater distance than even another with the same metals could have managed. Approaching a large gap, Fenna sped up and stored her weight to the maximum as she pushed off. Her cloak flapped behind her as she flew through the air, her hood falling back. She has pewter vials and a gun on her belt, and ironminds on her legs. The ironminds are skin-piercing, but I can’t recall what interaction that has with steelsight. She landed on the next roof in an awkward roll, but managed to flip back to her feet. Rusts. She had no way of fighting from a distance. Fenna's quarry continued to bound away, apparently reassured that she couldn't do anything to him from a distance. Fine, then, Fenna thought. She whipped out her gun and fired at him.
