Towerlight Stormlight and Lifelight.

Ok so I was talking to my brother and he mentioned splitting Towerlight into Stormlight and Lifelight. would that work? with all the stuff navani was working on could they use it to split the light and once again have access to stormlight?

But what would they do with it? They can run everything off Towerlight anyway?

Maybe it would be useful if they could get out of Urithiru, as Towerlight can't be taken far away from there. But Urithiru is sealed off for now

Yes. Navani has done a preliminary experiment dividing their spectrums, but not Lights themselves. She went into a different direction afterwards, but it should be very doable. She thought so as well, IIRC.

They won't stay cooped up forever. In fact, the in-book author of KoWaT is Szeth's wife, who somehow became Jasnah's disciple less than 6 years after the Stormfall. So, either Jasnah learns to properly Elsecall in that time span, or the bubble drops, or both. But, IMHO the first is much more likely.

So I read it as Elsecalling the first time too. Then I got to thinking that it actually could be the whole veristatalion thing (probably butchered that name). I have to go back and check those names but for some reason I thought one of the people was a shin person. That would make her a disciple in telling history as it actually happened and makes a lot of sense in creating a book about those events

Rushu should be able to figure it out.  If Navani left detailed notes on how to combine the two lights into one then I assume her top scientist will be able to reverse the process.

The Radiants absolutely will need to figure it out.  Assuming Warlight is unable to fuel their powers, they will need a portable source of investiture for when they manage to leave Urithiru.

Problem is, Retribution controls all Stormlight now. He can drain it from people and gems.

And I'm pretty sure Radiants can't use Lifelight, but at least Retribution can't drain it either.

Maybe Unkeyed Light will be the key? Could Retribution mess with Unkeyed Lifelight?
