Can Heralds uses surges without the blades?

It was implied that over time the Heralds made a connection to Roshar, which allowed them to use the surges without accessing Honor.

Can they as well do that without the blades?

P.s. Does anybody know what Nale during his duel with Kaladin? It seemed like the microkenisis that is sometimes mentioned.

I don't think they were the traditional surges, I think maybe some remnants from Ashyn?

No I meant like after the oathpact was formed. Honor mentioned that, they relied less on him for power and started to get access from the planet itself.

Looks like not. In ch 142 Ishar said that he has no powers and no Surges, when Kaladin asked him if he could do something to stop Nightblood.

What part specifically? Microkinesis allows the manipulation of forces that bind Axon together (think fusion/fission). Nale wasn't doing anything like that and Cohesion is the closest cousin to Microkinesis on Roshar (said in RoW Ars Arcanum). Nale's inhuman strength and speed came from being a Herald, not Surges - it's comparable to Returned inhuman speed.

In his battle with Kaladin. Kaladin could have sworn that he would have hit, 1 or 2 times after he grit hismteeth. But for some reason his spear missed. I believe Nale even mentioned something like that he could do more than surges. I will look it up.

chapter 109. Kaladin described it as Nale becoming incredibly fast. Fast enough to blur. And Nale even mentioned the „true skill of a Herald“. Is this purely combat prowess that they acumulated over centuries?

Herald bodies seem to have some speed upgrade powers, but it doesn't look like Ash or Taln used any external boom-boom magic when fighting in Azir

I don't think they are using distinct Surges, but they do have some abilities beyond Surgebinding. Ishar had near Atium abilities, Nale and Taln both showed superhuman speed. And Taln showed superhuman strength, dexterity, and reaction time
