I found some sort of Phineas and Ferb roller coaster creator when I was a kid- that- I loved playing it, but I can't find it anymore

my shows i watched were like

word world, Daniel tigers neighborhood. Wild krats. SUPER WHY, and last but not least OCTONAUTS

I remember that when my family had a desktop (it got old and slow so we got rid of it), we had a disk to put in that had Super Why games. I remember there was one for each of the four characters but I don't remember what they actually were

I personally didn't, but when I was in daycare, some people would bring their tablets and (with their permission) I watched them play several games, including a Talking Tom one
