Finally when he got far enough away from the casino so that he couldn't see or hear anyone he sits behind a tree and begins his work. This would take a few hours, he thought, but once he was finished, his true work could finally begin.

Roy came out of the casino, so we basically just pointed our weapons at each other, then Roy surrendered (might be lying). After that, one person dashed in and stole Quelkin’s body, another went into the casino, stabbing Astra when she tried to stop him. Tondon used allomancy to confiscate the knife, and has also spotted someone in the bushes using ironsight, but hasn’t told anyone yet.
