I'm already completely immersed. OH MY GOSH "Oodles Toys and Books" right next to a dachshund rescue center. Why hasn't Funtimes claimed this place? If you want a reference, I chose Roosevelt high school as where Altermind's HQ is. If you want to check it out. I imagine the area around it a lot more modern though. *facepalm* Guess where Timeport is now? An armory. Guess what they have in armories? Battle axes. Only, it's a modern National Guard armory. I don't know why they'd have axes. I think a museum is a better place.

You reveal you can Teleport, but not that you can go Invisible as well. So is Gordon down stairs right now? Or should he join in the Max/Remington Conversation? 2

Or do the opposite--reveal you can go invisible, but not that you can teleport. Great for really freaking people out. I had it so that everyone was ready to follow Rachel into the bunker, but Remington showed up right then so everyone is still above ground. Max took the initiative to speak to Remington first. Gordon/Rachel/Pace can have their thoughts about him and Alice, but I'm going to have Max reply once more, which I'll do tomorrow, and then we can have Gordon or Rachel take them down. Twi, I loved that flashback, and I'm excited for the next Reader one. I liked Remington's view of Max as well. I like how similar they think and how Remington likes Max's hate. How old is Remington? 2

Well, perhaps it's time for Timeport to do a little recruiting. And perhaps it's time for Chimera to send some animals out to attack Timeport while he's in front of the zoo. But that is what I'm doing now. (I'm really enjoying all of these Reader and Remington flashbacks. They're incredibly awesome. ) UNRELATED EDIT: You know, I've never traveled very much. I'm very much a stay-at-home-all-day-on-the-Internet kind of person. I've always seen places like "Oregon" as faintly mythological. This game's setting is no more familiar to me than if it were set on Gallifrey or Middle-Earth. Scratch that. I probably know more about Gallifrey or Middle-Earth. But the Google Maps feature, while certainly an imperfect viewing tool, is giving me a sense of Portland's "realness" like I hadn't realized before. I perhaps felt an inordinate glee when my Google-browsing led to me to the river that flows through Portland, complete with a very neat bridge and a sign telling how to get to The Dalles. This only speaks of my own ignorance, but it's like a beautifully in-depth virtual tour of my favorite fantasy setting. And I rather wonder how TwiLyght, who has lived in Oregon before, must think of all the players like me who see the place as a fantastic fairyland. Edited October 30, 2014 by Kobold King 4

Sparks, I haven´t even been in America. Agreed. I live in America, Texas to be precise. I've lived in a few other states, but only Texas and Illinois for significant periods of time. I've been to Chicago three times I think, and I've sort of based the Portland museum after the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago. Unrelated thought. Lightwards learned the backing skill, he now no longer needs to eat spam, but Lightwards can only learn 4 skills. Lightwards forgot the backing skill. Just the kind of fire he looked for in a one-night-only stage assistant. I´m pretty sure this is an innuendo but I´m not a 100% sure for what. but she had somehow refrained from murdering the feral Nighthound. Well, I got bored so I started writing a scene in case Lightwards didn´t break up the fight. (Only a few lines at this point but Nighthound got a foot cut of. ) 2

LIGHTWARDS uses GUNSHOT. It's super effective! LIGHTWARDS uses REANIMATE. The enemy PAMELA TITHERS is now a WARRIOR. LUCENTIA uses SMUG TAUNT. The enemy MRS. TRATTNER is now enraged. I think the entire RP could be written in Pokemon battle format. When Aldo refers to a "one-night-only stage assistant," what he really means is "a fiery young woman to saw in half." Dear Aldo presents a friendly and over-the-top exterior, but he's got a sadistic streak in him. 3

There's no cutie mark feature, but it's a lot cooler in other ways. You might even say it's 20% cooler. I think Lucentia could probably come out on top--that's the assumption that Project Amber was built upon. If CM were able to negate her diamond-growing power, then they'd probably wind up in a stalemate. 1

If it´s a straight one on one both would effectively negate each others powers, so it´comes down to a fist fight between two immortal beings that can´t be permanently wounded and given that without her powers Lucentia is missing an arm Corpsemaker would probably "win." Although that would only last as long as he holds her in some kind of chokehold, as soon as he´s not there to negate her power anymore they are back to the start. 1
