"We were going to find someone who knows enough about her magic, or magic in general, to help her. I'm happy to keep the connection going, but I've been having some concerns about my own powers lately and I'd rather she be safe without it if it comes to that."

You remember the Seizer and her queen, I’m sure. Seizer went to the queen and told her that there was a place where a lot of people had magic. Queen gave her control of the army to invade but nothing has actually happened yet
