Last she was in the clinic/thread in general, she could summon and lose bowls full of marshmallows. Sometimes other things— her abilities did go crazy at one point— but pretty much that. And then she can go through solid nonliving objects and access the Belowplace (but that requires being taught… kinda, so they wouldn’t be able to go there unless they’re within eyeshot of her).

When she falls backward into the weird hallway, yeah, but when she just goes underground only if they’re touching her or something she’s touching. So they could feasibly have grabbed her and followed to the hallway.
