“Anywhere I’m not being hunted.”

"And what do you want me to do?"

Just now, Channelknight Fadran said:

"Or we could go kill some wizards!" Ayia called.

"That seems unnecessary."

“Come with me. Come with us.” If Allera was a human, they would have blushed. “…If you want. I don’t care.”

“The Mages’ Guild is a galaxy-wide organization. We’d have to kill a lot of Mages if we want it to fall apart.”

It was unclear if Variance picked up on the embarrassment. "Yes, I'll come with you. I guess I could be a helpful watch, since I don't need to sleep. I haven't slept since I was killed, actually."

Ayia wondered what the ethical ramifications were of bird people dating ghost wizards.

"We could start a war." She suggested.

Variance shook his head. "That would be far too costly."

“I agree. Life under the Kkhlei isn’t all that bad, as long as you aren’t foolish enough to cross it. A war on that scale would cause far more suffering than is necessary.” Allera blinked. “How would one… do that, anyway?”

"Oh, I know a guy." Ayia shrugged. "Though he isn't in this universe."

"Still, no war. There just aren't really any advantages to that."

Just now, Channelknight Fadran said:

"Couple times."

"That's... unusual." Variance looked a bit concerned. "How about we just find a spot to be safe, I can be like a permanent guard, and we can try to do some research on universe jumping or something?"

Allera unconsciously backed away from them.

"Remember when I said that universe-hopping wasn't an exact science?" Ayia said. "What I meant is that it isn't a science. Every universe follows its own rules, which means every universe has its own unique ways in and out."

"Well, there still might be something to find."

"Certainly. I'm just saying it's not good to get your hopes up... not that that I'd really mind sticking around for awhile, though."

"So, anywhere in mind for a location to set up a camp of some sort?"

"Also how good is your spaceship at fleeing things?"

That was ominous.

“Anything with a hyperdrive is, by nature, very good at that.”

"Fair enough." Ayia looked up at the sky, then back at the corpse. "I just kind of doubt we'll be left alone very much."

"That's why it'll be good to have a full-time guard, I guess. I could just stay outside, invisible, and watch. I can handle monotony."

"I can also set up alarms of various varieties." Ayia pulled a little metal box out of one of her nowhere pockets: a proximity alarm made by Enter himself. "But it really comes down to how many wizards we can fight off at a time."

Sure. It's your world, and our line kind of died. I'll just go with what you put.

Tgough...I did have an idea that Stardragons are from a collection of worlds in star systems encompassed by a special nebula that lets no other spacecraft through, so only Stardragons can go there. You can build off that if you want.

Also, because I've been gone, can you give me a re-cap of what you've been up to?

Do we want to try to ressurect our plotline?

"Let's just hope we can manage..." He turned to Allera. "So what do you think of that?"

Allera nodded.

“I think I have something that could help us leave the universe. There’s an old legend that says stardragons— like that one we saw earlier— have access to a ‘separate dimension’. Maybe one of them could get us out of the universe? It could be risky. They’re extremely powerful.”

I mean I know that for me, the past week has been an extraordinary circumstance. Usually, I’m not going to be able to RP this much every day, so I think it might show down just because of that.
