Time travel? Funtimes isn't that kind of Doctor. (Sounds good to me. Lightwards will be heading up to the Museum, but he'll be coming via ptera-litter once he hears about the Epic brawl.)

Being an undead vulture with drastically decayed mental functions, he might miss a major battle one day and report about bunnies the next, but it's not particularly improbable that he'd notice a big fight at the Sports Warehouse.

With the line up we currently have I would say Blowdart, because Voidgaze can´t just destroy his attacks. Looking back on the line up adding one might balance things more. How about Boom, who can detonate all projectiles he shoots? I see Big Al is giving us moral support. Exploding hat diplomancy for the win. You ask how such a thing would bring peace? Simple, by exploding everyone that doesn´t want peace. For a TT and Empire meeting less violence might be appropriate, though, especially seeing that Nighthound isn´t present. 1

Pretty much because I think it'd be fun to have someone who can replicate any sounds with someone who can create any sound in your mind. And McMuffins. Don't forget the McMuffins. You're up then since, until Joe gets back for real, it's just you and me in TT. If you want to give Kathy or Travis a fight, go for it. Same with Al. I'll have Psy-Fi fight Boom. Pistolero can be fought by whoever we decide to have him fight.
