Keys pointed at the stranger with a smile. "No I do not! Even if I did, it's probably not in this world and/or planet! Supposedly here, there's only the Inn and some junkyard. Try to walk down the roads outside, you end up here."

He squinted at the odd pieces of paper. "So I guess, if going there is your goal, your first step is to find something/someone who can get you there. Usually a portal, but that was Mister Fadran's thing." He looked up at everyone. "Unless someone has freaky magic powers they'd like to reveal?"

Sorry, I've been timezoned and hesitant to react, don't know what Gal is doing. He probably pulled out a book from his backpack and started reading/writing after having torn his eyes from the map.

Also, brief description: Gal is a teenager with a beanie covering his ears and sharp, almost birdlike features. And he has a backpack - not too big a one, though.

Gal looked up from his book. Portals? Nothing in this supposed world but an inn and a junkyard?

"This is just as bad as that weird waiting room." He mumbled.

I can get basically anywhere myself in time, but can't take anyone with me.

In a flash, the walls in the map room melted into a starry expanse. A portal appeared on one side and a large figure stepped through. He waves his hand and just as suddenly, the celestial view is gone, and instead everyone who was in the map room are suddenly in a large barred cage in the center of a giant stadium, the ground covered in sand. The stadium is empty except for a large man, both in height and girth. 

"It appears that you have found my map! Well, you want some treasure? First you've got to complete seven challenges! Your first one: Survive!"

He again waves his hand and the cage disappears, leaving everyone in the open floor of the stadium. The floor begins to rumble.

Sand begins to vibrate violently in a spot about 50 yards away from the group. After about 15 seconds, a pillar of smooth stone rises from the ground, stopping once it was about 15 feet up. A crouched figure stands up, holding a bow. He reaches his hand into his quiver and grabs an arrow. Something was unusual about the arrow, its tip dripping with a shadowy purple substance that turned to gas after a second of falling. He notched his arrow and aimed it at the group.

Eldyn is not too worried about the unusual situation. He peers into the Realm of Shadows to see if there is any information he can gather...and can't see anything. He tries again and his brain starts to worry for him. It's almost as if his powers aren't functioning...
