A very good sentiment..

It makes a lot of sense. Love is easily one of the most confusing things ever, I know that much. Knowing why is most definitely impossible.

It means many things, yes. It means so many that at times you will learn some of what it means, and forget other things, then relearn things and forget things. An endless cycle of failing and improving. Building yourself up and up with the person you trust and the person you love, or the persons you trust and the persons you love.

You'll never know why. Not on this earth. But you'll know how, and when, and what and who. And that's what matters.

Crush: In a relationship

Friend (best friends with me and my crush): asks me to prom as friends

Me: Accepts

Me: Begins to fall even more for aforementioned crush

Crush: Maybe reciprocates?? :DD

Friend: Realizes I am obviously crushing on crush and insists that I take crush to prom

Me: Insanely elated (got the approval of best friend XD)

Me: Decides to make a move and ask her out

 

So that's where I am right now. Planning on asking her out tomorrow

I did not realize that I was the subject of such a high level of curiosity. It seemed to go well. My parents, sister, brother-in-law, and nieces appear to have warmed up to her. My mother was if nothing else shocked at how alike we are to the point of calling her a female version of me.
