Szeth is the only individual to hold an honorblade and be named truthless.

And Vallano is his grandfather.

Plus, as we can see in Rhythm of War, Crazy Ishar has “reclaimed” his Honorblade from Neturo son-Vallano, and Mraize strongly implies earlier that this is not a unique situation (not that another Herald has regained their original Blade, but that they’re not all kept in Shin hands any longer):

“I highly doubt Restares would have joined any Radiant order,” Mraize said. “It’s not in his nature. I suppose, however, that we can’t discount the possibility. There are variations on Lightweaving in the cosmere that do not require a spren—plus the Honorblades exist and are poorly tracked these days, even by our agents.”

I thought they were all in Shinovar, except the one Moash wields.”

They were.”

If they were all gathered in Shinovar in the care of the same people who’d had them for some years, as Szeth and his family appear to have done (such that Szeth had even trained in all ten Surges), they wouldn’t likely be called “poorly tracked”.

Szeth also recalled having a sister and and a mother while also reflecting on how “his family had been given to the Honorblades” before he’d been made Truthless. This is going to get messier before it gets neater.

A family reunion would be super interesting, especially if Odoum had been courting one of them and brought them to Rall-elorim. Could the Turthwatcher or possibly Elsecaller blade assist with various CR related issues, especially with BAM possibly being there?

I bet it wouldn’t make much difference if they did. Szeth didn’t really defeat Ishar, but he was powerful enough to intimidate him into retreating, and Ishar holds the most powerful honorblade. Between his and Kaladin’s storm light efficiency and night blood, they can probably beat anyone wielding an honorblade to attack them. If the Shin sent multiple honorblades, it would be more of a problem.

He could also just be talking about Taln's, Ishar and Nale's ones
