Oh I do remember that Very similar to a Lurcher, except the Lifeless would stay on duty until given new orders. So the protection would basically function more like a Thug Life that could be given away. Scarlet Octopus (4): Violet Axolotl, Quartz Zebra, Onyx Flamingo, Indigo Weasel Salmon Meerkat (7): Taupe Gecko, Scarlet Octopus, Plum Rhinoceros, Oxblood Beagle, Mint Heron, Melon Dingo, Ivory Dragonfly Plum Rhinoceros (2): Sunburst Toucan, Magenta Albatross

I'm certain this is everyone's most recent vote, and I'm not going to go through the 8 pages again in the morning. When I do the morning vote count, I'm starting from here, because otherwise rollover will take too long and I'll be late to work for a third time because of this game. (Why did I do rollover in the morning again?) So this is the current Vote Count: Sunburst Toucan (1): Melon Dingo Scarlet Octopus (6): Taupe Gecko, Scarlet Octopus, Quartz Zebra, Onyx Flamingo, Mint Heron, Ivory Dragonfly Quartz Zebra (3): Violet Axolotl, Oxblood Beagle, Indigo Weasel Plum Rhinoceros (2): Sunburst Toucan, Magenta Albatross If you think I've missed a vote, Link it please. If your vote is in the wrong place, just make a new vote please. Also, I'm glad everyone is having fun, but just in case, do remember that this is just a game. Please don't go insane from an internet game. Edit: Wait I didn't get ninja'd? I fully expected to get Ninja'd. I guess things are quieting down.

Generally there is an Aftermath and then a Finale. (Or the other way around? I don't remember.) Once the game ends, don't reveal your identity. There will be about 48 hours of continued anonymity until the majority of people have voted on who did their Cosmetic Role the best, then we reveal identities. If two attacks hit the same person, it will be said. As of yet there have not been any double-ups. We good?

Day 3: A long for the Lost but not Forgotten <Callsign: Mauve Crocodile> A song echoed through the empty halls. A mournful rhythm that brought silence with it. Most who heard the song quieted, remembered fallen comrades, and went the other way. Those who had duties to perform, officially or not, knew to avoid the distractions. A threnody for the dead was not something to listened to while trying to perform dangerous tasks. The newborne shade of Adonalsium-will-be-Reborn-eventually floated through the halls in search of the strings playing it. He recognized the song, some vague still-human memories remembering it from his time at home. It felt nice. It made it hard to remember what he was supposed to be doing. But he knew it involved Zense. Zense the musician. So he followed the strings. He found Zense at one of the few starscapes in the SS TYRIAN. The man was standing, looking out into the chromatic infinite space beyond the ship, and strumming the 9 strings of a baliset. Adonalsium-will-be-Reborn-eventually stood and listened, unwilling to interrupt. He listened. It was hard to do anything but listen to a song performed this well. After several minutes of the song had passed, Zense slowly turned around, placing his back to the stars. There was a single tear beading in one eye, and a smile on his face as he made direct eye contact with Adonalsium-will-be-Reborn-Eventually. He continued to play, note after note, chord after chord filling the large room. A song of peace for the dead. Adonalsium-will-be-Reborn-Eventually stayed still and listened. He knew there was a task to perform, but this was a song of mourning for what had been lost to the Cosmere. This was a hymn to the Lost God. This was a threnody of Threnody, and he would not profane it through interruption. It was long hours before Zense finished the piece. One of the ancient masterworks that had predated the splintering of Ambition. It was not the oldest music in the Cosmere, there were Yolish and Rosharan songs that preceded it, but it was older than most. When Zense began to carefully pack away his instrument, Adonalsium-will-be-Reborn-Eventually gave him a small bow, then turned and walked out of the room. He could not kill this man tonight. Tin Capone would have to send another, some other day. ◇◀▶◇◀▶◇◀▶◇◀▶◇ <Callsign: Azure Mouse> The Saboteurs were being captured faster than he had ever imagined. His part, however small, in Sage Kangaroo's execution had granted him some protection from the mob. He didn't walk the ship looking for Saboteurs. They seemed to be doing an admirable job, so he was left to focus on his mission. They claimed Fuchsia was a Saboteur, but Jochen knew she would never betray the ship, so he remained loyal. He would get those Medallions back. He had already lost one to the kandra, so he knew he'd have to be more secretive when he retrieved this next one. Jochen snuck down the halls. Every time he heard footsteps, he ducked away. Avoiding the mob was even easier. They could be heard halfway across the ship. When he heard the sound of coins clinking, Jochen knew he was on the right track. He stalked after the likely coinshot, hallway after hallway, until they found their target. A shout, coins flying into a wall, barely slowed by flesh. Jochen hid in a storage locker until the coinshot had left. He slipped out, using his new admin powers to erase any record of his presence. He walked over to the corpse, flinching at the mess. He rifled through Klin’s pockets, trying not to puke. Finally, he found the Medallion. He hid it down his boot, then ran away. Trusted or not, he didn't want to be caught with a body. ◇◀▶◇◀▶◇◀▶◇◀▶◇ <Callsign: Coral Swan> The Mysterious Being who had stolen Coral Swan’s mask was burning their last scrap of Tin inside the Comms Center when they heard footsteps approaching. Someone was coming. Hurriedly, they uploaded one last message to be broadcast to the ship, then wiped the evidence of their infiltration and headed out the door. The fate of the TYRIAN is Doom. There is no escape. In all my calculations, this singular product has remained static. By all foreseeable outcomes, our fate is sealed. No matter how many monsters we kill, our engines will still fail. No matter how many we rally, the Koloss will still reach us. And when they do, they will kill us. So why do we fight? Why do we try? It is a question I have asked myself, again and again, on this voyage. I feel as though the answer hangs, trembling, just out of reach of my hands, ever elusive. I cannot see it. But there is one thing this voyage has taught me. One thing this crew has taught me. To be human is to try. To look inevitability in the face, and defy. We do not need concrete truth to act. Muscles are not moved by contemplation. They are moved by will. And is there anything so inherently, so purely human? This is my message: try. Kill every monster. Rally every man and woman and person on this ship. And when inevitability comes to damn us... defy. It is all we can do. It is all we must do. I... have never felt so human. ◇◀▶◇◀▶◇◀▶◇◀▶◇ <Callsign: Turquoise Gorilla> The Security Chief stepped into the Comms Center, once staffed by Coral Swan, and now staffed by none. She was going to miss that man. Swan had been a good friend. And now someone had gone and stolen his mask and was using it to send strange messages. She strolled around the room for a little bit, examining the various terminals, looking for any sign of just who had been in here, but saw nothing obvious. It required Allomantic Tin to work, and to her knowledge, there was no one left on the ship who had it save for a very few trustworthy Fullborn like herself. Probably, it was one of Joachin’s stolen medallions. She stoked her own tin inside herself, activating the computers, then typed in the necessary codes to shut down the Comms. They were in an emergency, and needed everything to be viewed publicly. ◇◀▶◇◀▶◇◀▶◇◀▶◇ Sapphire Elephant was killed! They were a Loyalist Mistborn! Mint Heron was attacked by a Saboteur! They survived! There are no Living Tineyes. PM's are closed this cycle. This turn will end on Monday the 12th of January, normal space time. PLAYER LIST:

Hmm. According to my neat automated spreadsheet, there's no rules against it. Provisionally it's fine for now? I'll talk to TUM about it and we'll have a solid answer by the halfway point of Day 2. -
AG12: Day 2: A Second Shattering
Jo and the Bush replied to Jo and the Bush's topic in Sanderson Elimination
The neat thing about spreadsheet automation is that I was only made aware of the public facing results. I didn't learn how Beagle survived until after I wrote the writeup. I just knew Beagle survived. It is either due to Thug Powers or Lurcher protection, but it's best not to read into the flavor of the writeups this game. ALSO! A couple of things. We are backpedaling on Lurchers Double Protecting. Lurchers may no longer protect the same player two nights in a row. If anyone has a specific death request, please tell us in advance. -
Day 2: A Second Shattering A strange being wearing a borrowed mask of Callsign: Coral Swan snuck into the Ships Communications array. It had gone mostly unremarked that Coral Swan, the Communications Chief, had died in the initial blast. But in all the hubbub, no one has removed the permissions attached to the mask. So it was that a strange being stole the mask, and used it to activate protocols that were not meant to be active during emergencies. They wouldn’t be able to do this every night, and they were certain that someone would be along to disable it before long, but for tonight, they could tell the GM’s to know their place. Coral Swan flipped the PM switch from off to on. “Rusting GM’s, not letting me talk in private.” ⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙ <Callsign: Fuschia Ostrich> It would not be tolerated. An attempted murder via mob, and a successful murder via apparent suicide? Saboteur or no, Interim Captain Razer would not tolerate chaos on her ship. “All personnel are hereby confined to quarters. Essential personnel will be escorted to their duties. Anyone found outside of their quarters will be killed.” Razer sighed. She was doing what had to be done, but she knew the crew wouldn't be pleased. What she hadn't expected was a new mob at her door the next morning. ⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙ <Callsign: Azure Mouse> Jochen did not disobey orders. He sat in his quarters, fiddling with the Medallion he had retrieved. A Bronze Medallion, allowing one to hear what the Roshararans called the Tones of Preservation. That seemed odd to Jochen, who had always seen music as a Rosharan or Nalthian thing. On a whim, he put the Medallion on. He drank a vial filled with alcohol with Bronze shavings mixed in. He burned the metal, seeing if he could hear anything, but not expecting to. Yes, he could. That was odd, it was right outside his—his door flew backwards, ripped off its hinges by an Ironpull. A masked man walked through the empty doorway. “Give up the Medallion, and I'll make your death painless.” The attacker's voice was oddly modulated. One of the Saboteurs without a doubt. Jochen had never been a brave man. “Whatever you want, just please don't kill me,” he cried. He took off the Medallion and slid it to the attacker. The Saboteur bent to pick it up. They rose, examining it, when a bar crashed down on their head. Someone else stepped into Jochen’s view. They took the Medallion from the Saboteurs limp body, barely sparing a glance for Jochen. “Wait, I need that, that's mine,” he said, then stopped as his mysterious savior turned to look at him. Their face had no features, barely a nose, barely any lips, no hair, pale empty eyes. A kandra masking their identity. They shook their head and walked away. And Jochen didn't even try to stop them. ⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙ <Callsign: Mauve Crocodile> ADONALSIUM STORMING REBORN strode through the Halls of the SS TYRIAN, Ready to Complete his Great Work for the Night. It was not a Evil Work that he was setting out to do. It was Good and Necessary that Liven of Roshar must die. Regardless of what the Interim Captain Razor said, Adanalsium Storming Reborn could not stay in their quarters. They burned Zinc at a prodigious rate. Everyone whe could feel them would be put into sleep for no one could Resist the Emotional Pull of Adonalsium Storming Reborn. No One would be Awake to see them. And yet, there was Noise from down the Corridor. Conversation, Shouts, the pling of Metal striking Metal. Combat? Who was fighting? Who was Dying? Death was Adonalsium’s to Dish Out, no one else’s! Especially not that Ironeyes Fellow, who only represented Death as a tiny Sliver of Adonalsium’s own Power. Adonalsium strode around the corner to See 5 People in Pitched Combat. Metal was flying, glass knives were thrown, guns were firing. Adonalsium recognized all 5 of the combatants, but cared only for Liven. Liven was here? Liven was his target, excellent! Liven would die by Adonalsium’s hand! “Greetings and well met this fine Night you Lot! Lay down your Weapons and Kneel for you are in the Presence of Adonalsium Storming Reborn!” As was deserved, the fighting did stop, and everyone turned to face them. “I am Here for Levin, the Rest of you have My Permission to Leave and return to your Quarters, as the False Captain has requested.” The combatants glanced warily at Levin, likely wondering why Levin had done to Earn such Profound Attention. Adonalsium Storming Reborn grinned, then burst alight with the light of Retribution, for all the Powers in all the Cosmere were theirs to command. They Surged forward at Levin, grabbing them by the Throat and throwing them with all the Strength of the Koloss that had been Summoned to Chase the Tyrian. Levin hit the wall, and bounced off, surely dead, with Bones and Brains smashed into paste. Adonalsium Storming Reborn nodded at their limp Form, then smiled benevolently at the Other combatants, who now looked fearfully at them, as they should. “Thank you for your cooperation. Sleep well this Night, for it May be Your Last.” They turned, and began to walk back the way they came, dismissing the Light of Retribution as the went. A cry came from behind them. “No Gods, No Masters!” And something thick and sharp was launched at breakchest speeds through Adonalsium Storming Reborn’s body. They staggered, surprised that anyone would dare. Didn’t they know that they were Adonalsium Storming Reborn? They couldn’t even die, so what was the point of this disrespect? Adonalsium Storming Reborn fell to their Knees in the hallway, a pose that they were used to Seeing on other, lesser beings. They gripped the thick piece of metal. A Sword? Why on Threnody was there a Sword on the SS TYRIAN? Adonalsium Storming Reborn’s vision began to blacken, and they began to hear a faint song playing in the distance. A melody that they recognized from long ago. A dirge. Adonalsium-Rebirth-Will-Come’s arms dropped from the sword, as their last thoughts were of the funerary songs of Threnody. ⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙ <Callsign: Oxblood Beagle> Levin staggered to their feet and looked at the rest of the combatants in the hallway. “What the storms was that about???” ⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙●⊙ Violet Axolotl (Fletcher) attacked by a Coinshot, but survived. Oxblood Beagle (Levin) attacked by Saboteurs, but survived. Mauve Crocodile (Adonalsium Storming Reborn) was killed! They were Adonalsium Storming Reborn! But less importantly they were a Saboteur Rioter. Things to Note: A Mistborn has turned on PM’s for the cycle! Please include just the two GM's in your PM's with other players. Don't add Little Wilson. Please do not touch, delete, or edit any PM in your inbox titled Logbook. The IM for this game is @Little Wilson. Please reach out to her if you have concerns. For the newer folks here, if you have a Night time action available to you that you wish to use, please tell us in your AG12 PM, and please phrase it as an order. If you say "Can I do action x on target y?" We won't know if that is you trying to figure out possibilities, or if that is you placing an order. Please make it absolutely clear what you want to do. Preferably before the last 11 minutes of the turn. If you are a Coinshot, Lurcher, Smoker, Seeker, or Kandra, you have night time actions available to you. -

Jo and the Bush replied to The Unknown Medallion's topic in Sanderson Elimination
This vote count is just slightly wrong. I missed Taupe Gecko voting on Sage Kangaroo. It turns out the Tiebreaker was not needed, as Sage Kangaroo did in fact have 5 votes on them, and Indigo Weasel should have only had 1. Luckily for everyone, that changes nothing.
