    I'm pretty sure the taboo of predicting the future was a product of the Hierocracy right? Maybe the Envisagers harken back to before this.I like the idea that the Ghostbloods are a misdirected remnant if one of the orders, or possibly founded by Shallash. I'm on my phone right now though and too lazy to look up references.
