If two figures can fit there, maybe showing the Breath moving from one to the other?
-
Do that, but prop up a Shardblade in the centre.

Many salutations and welcomings. Please enjoy our little corner of the internet.

How about a silhouette on a black background with ripples of colour spreading out on the ground? Or a piece of rope with rainbow light blooming out of it, like you did with the 17th Shard logo?

It would make an insane lego-builder who creates insane and impossible creations that are designed to fall down at the slightest touch. He then makes them fall down, picks up the pieces, and starts again.

My brain gets confused here. I choose to assume that the energy required to maintain an object's differing speeds while timebubbled is simply pulled from Preservation (bendalloy) or dumped back in (cadmium) - in other words, everything DOES actually move faster while bendalloyed.

Unfortunately, any discrete object is either part of or not part of a time bubble. So the ground is not included, as not enough of Scadrial is inside the bubble to encompass the whole place (unless nicrosil maybe?)

I think we might maybe have WoB that it actually changes the amount of energy experienced in the time bubbles, so an object going into and then out of one actually loses and then gains/gains and than loses an equal amount of energy (not accounting for the random jolt that makes shooting from inside time bubbles annoying.

I wonder if Harmony is diametrically opposed to any other Shards, then? What if Harmony and Odium both died - could someone pull a Sazed and double Ascend, welding the Shards?

Is Syl really the only honorspren on Roshar?
Swimmingly replied to Chlehrma's topic in Stormlight Archive
Unless that was Syl herself. -
Do remember that there was an effective way to merge Ruin and Preservation's power in one body - perhaps a Shard can take foreign Investiture, but it alters their Intent.
-
I wonder if Hemalurgy can give power to a Shard? For example, spiking out a Shardblade and pounding it into Sazed's reconstructed body.
-
I think the mechanism can function similarly without being identical. Shardblades seem to be physical objects with Spiritual substance that can be linked to a Spiritweb. It's a lot more restrictive than Hemalurgy, but might just work based on the same cut-and-paste arts and crafts with your soul. Hoid, of course, is king of the kindergarten arts class.

Maybe just the source images with the tinting and texturing layers overtop removed then? I wouldn't mind figuring out my own textures - I need some photoshop practice anyway.

If they didn't overlap, 3 honorblades = 6 surges! That's some badass power, there.

Anyone else wish WoR flashbacks weren't Shallans?

Reading this, I'm realizing that everybody likes something different in their fiction - and Brandon's books have it all -
Ffnord, the RAFO is a badge of honour. Wear it with pride, for you asked something that was too relevant to be answered
