  1. Wait actually? okay Verdance then ig edit: wait isn’t this a pseudocycle tho? So shouldn’t we wait until the next metacycle to exe him? Or are we just doing both?
  2. That’s fair, just pointing it out What Striker’s saying in PMs is wild and mildly concerning
  3. Yeah so someone confided to me in pms that they were a Spiked and were thinking about which world they might want to destroy. They were leaning toward Scadrial and I agreed that seemed like a dangerous world to keep around, especially considering the discussions about investiture funneling happening on Nalthis. I am fairly sure this person is meta-village, just based on the way they have acted both in pms and thread. I would rather not expose them unless they would like to come forward since it was shared with me in confidence. The only reason I shared this information in the first place is because it seemed useful as context when we were talking about Scadrial’s destruction. I gotta say this feels a bit hypocritical. Earlier in the same post you said one vote isn’t enough and now you don’t like me adding a second vote? Yeah that would suck. Although tbh that’s probably the case regardless of who is an elim bc so few people are active.
  4. Your votes in the pseudogame cycle were weird. The conversation about it happened on the page before this one.
  5. Actually I’m also curious what your thoughts are with that list.
  6. Oh that’s very interesting @Qianweilian you have any response to this?
  7. I’m taking it in the context of “a coinshot killed a pseudo elim and we think the meta elims want village to win and Coder is a coinshot” rather than just in a vacuum. So without all the other stuff, no it’s not a good argument. But for now it’s the best we have. Unless there’s another coinshot who’s the one who killed Xino and they want to come forward and disprove all this.
  8. Well that’s the thing, isn’t it? If he’s elim, he has motivation to lie
  9. Hm, okay. I like this analysis and I think this could be a world that makes sense. Especially since three coinshots seems like a lot. Possible, but unlikely. So I’m willing to vote Coder I think I understand where Myst is coming from about not wanting to immediately exe someone in both games, especially someone who’s not been terribly active, but I also feel like a) who else is there right now, and b) he can still talk so it’s not like we’re straight up removing him without giving him a chance to play.
  10. So there’s at least one more coinshot running around if he’s telling the truth. (I think he probably is, it seems like he’s been barely active) I am kinda curious why Xino though…they’ve barely been active, so what was the motivation there?
  11. Oh you’re so right I forgot you can still talk after being exed in one game lol
  12. I mean, I can’t be completely sure obviously, but they claimed Spiked and said they were going to destroy it so, yeah, pretty sure As for why, we both figured the elims not being able to steal roles would be a good thing, since that’s quite powerful especially if they have a pseudo IM. Yep, exactly
  13. I mean, I know who destroyed Scadrial, and I’m like 90% sure they’re village. So no, I don’t think that’s the case. I think it was just a lucky (or unlucky I suppose) shot
  14. I removed my vote for this reason as well, not that it mattered in the end ig
  15. Uh, actually my vote is on Coder rn too. So it’s not a tie. I kinda want to remove it though now that he’s talked in thread
  16. Ohh okay Well in that case I can’t do a vote that counts rn bc I can’t edit the spreadsheet currently but uh seems like the trend is voting inactive people so they become active so to that end Coder defend yourself! @CoderDrag0n8
  17. See now that I can get behind. There’s way too much complexity here for us to be adding more ourselves. There’s really nothing we actually know this cycle, we’re going to have to figure all the elim bet stuff out later depending on how the pseudogame goes, that’s kinda the whole point. What we need to be doing right now is pretending this is the first cycle of a normal game and toss out some random votes to see what sticks. Then when the first pseudogame cycle is done and we have an actual data point, we can extrapolate from there. (I can vote in thread, right? That is a thing we’re doing, the spreadsheet is just for note purposes?)
  18. Don’t love this idea, but ig it’s possible the game plays out on its own in the opposite way the elims want I doubt it tho, we are not living in a perfect world
  19. I can confirm this one is miles more complicated I got that one pretty quick. This one I’m still struggling with and think I probably will be for at least a couple more cycles.
