  1. I honestly kind of liked him up until the point where he joined with Odium. Before that, he was completely understandable, if not portrayed well. After, though, I was just kind of disgusted with him.
  2. Bartholomew takes out a device and presses a button, instantly dissolving all IMFs within a 30 mile radius excluding those within himself. He grabs the Sandwich and then prepares to desubstantiate with it.
  3. Me having only read the first two, then instinctively clicking the spoiler box and being like oh shoot that was a spoiler.
  4. First step: every language switches to IPA.
  5. "Well didn't KDJ just meddle with your memories?"
  6. Something weird is definitely going on here. "Don't remember what part?" Lazar takes that in stride. "I believe his name is Sandy. I don't see him here right now, but he kept popping around so I'm sure he'll be back at some point."
  7. Psst. There's a subforum specifically for AMAs under I think general discussion. Also, why is the word top spelled/spoken top? Top feels like a very un-toppish word.
  8. Only to find that their antitelportation technology redirected you to... the middle of an active volcano. I frown, considering this. Ominous. But what could possibly happen in three days that would actually be consequential? I pace the room, thinking. Drawing conclusions. Plotting. Regretting that I will likely be busy the next three days. Suddenly, I look up. "I disagree," I mutter to myself. "Preparation is futile. There is nothing of any import that could be done ahead of time that could not be accomplished in like instantaneously." I approach a balcony and look out across my legions of fish with legs. Give the order. Then open up a telepathic line directly to Bartholomew. After relaying everything needed, I return to the heart of my fortress and lean back in a chair, smiling evilly. Bartholomew appears in front of you and plucks out your eyes. While you are floundering about, he grabs the sandwich and teleports away.
  9. Lazar looks confused, but decides to humor Cep. "Well, Erryin came here first, and said that she was looking for a guy named Cep, and then she went... I'm not entirely certain. I wasn't able at all to keep track of everybody. And then you showed up immediately after this, getting thrown in through a door that disappeared behind you. And you know this; you were angry and wanted to get back to this TLT place. Then when you got into an argument with some jerk dragonborn, you disappeared. And then right after that, you two come here with that guy who just left from TLT." He points at Erryin. "And I swear I remember you differently but... it's been one thing after another since I got here and I am hardly able to remember much in this chaos." Lazar hesitates. "Come to think of it, there was a guy who was ferrying people to TLT earlier, if you're still trying to get there."
  10. "Erryin... what? Weren't you just looking for him?" Lazar gestures to Cep. "Or maybe you weren't? I don't think I've seen you before." Lazar shakes his head, confused. And didn't that immigration fellow say he just came from a place called TLT? But when the other guy was here before, he said he came from there too but the door was destroyed.
  11. He took a step back from it. He was missing something; that he was sure of. But what, Taeidin had no idea. He did not expect the situation to change with time, given the circumstances, and he also knew that no others would be entering the mindscape, so he must figure this out to proceed. Taeidin could always try cheating, but... he didn't think his Author would let him. The floor always stayed the same distance from his eyes, perspectively. Which meant that his eyes got closer to it, the area above the floor would stretch, or at least appear to, such as to make this happen. And as the floor was remaining flat and not dimpling, that meant that the area at the base of the wall would also appear to stretch. Conversely, if he were to move his eyes away from the floor, the area above it would compress. So perhaps if he made the wall stretch enough, something would happen? With nothing else to do, Taeidin slowly lowered himself to the floor, watching the wall and the room in general to see if anything changed whilst he was doing this.
  12. Lazar looks at Cep. I could swear... Confused, he shakes his head. "Weren't you just here a minute ago, talking to that egotistical dragonborn?"
  13. Taeidin looked around, unnerved. He inspected the wall again, not exactly sure what he was looking for.
  14. How many times in the past week have you looked around and thought what am I doing here?
  15. Lazar stared at the man, not shocked by his sudden appearance after all the people who had cropped up here recently, but still confused. I might be wanting to get out of here soon. In all this mess, it wouldn't be too hard to disappear.
  16. Taeidin thought for a minute, stumped. He was relatively convinced that he had to do something with the floor to get out of the room, but was uncertain of what. He realised how he could get out if there was a second person with him, but it was just Taeidin, so he was stuck. "I will," he said, and stood up.
  17. I disagree on your first point if you were to think about the numbers for a little bit. *considers* Shoot did I say lightyears? I just meant years. (Impulse is mass times displacement over time, typically measured in Newton seconds)
  18. I mean that's kind of the whole point...
  19. The Supreme Holy Righteous Leader Supreme Lord Cavendish activates the force shield around themself and their armies, dispersing the blast.
  20. Logic is mutable. Which laws?
  21. When you say the sleepless epigraphs, are you referring to the back cover text?
  22. "Ah! Thank you." Erdikan inspected the bags and took a few, stashing them for later. Thinking spatially?
