I agree, because a) Thaylenah did negotiate a deal with Retribution, and b) I'm not sure if the Fused will stay in power even in Alethkar. I wouldn't be suprised if El, as regent, establishes more equal government.

This makes me start wondering if Harmony's intent will allow him to act to permit balance, or if he straight up can't really act. If it's the former, than I could see him defending Scadrial, but also leaving Roshar alone..

I mean, they do have the Lord Mistborn's book and Wax felt confident enough to place multiple spikes in TLM. Also, they could use Fused or Rosharan troops for hemalurgy

I'd like to add that the Scadrians have Hemalurgy as well. Even though it got nerfed in TLM, Scadrial can still basically make supersoldiers. Also they have Kandra, which unlike Lightweavers, are pretty much undetectable.

Yes, but Scadrial has the industrial capacity to make planes far faster than you can make radiants or fused. During ww1, the United States produced about 15,000 planes. During ww2, they produced 295,959 aircraft. 300,000 biplanes would most likely kill all the Skybreakers/Heavenly Ones They mentioned in the book that they were only a few months away, and they recovered all the Set's stuff Fair, but you have to remember, bullets are not the only things they have. Scadrial has dynamite and artillery, which would most likely destroy the fused.

The thing is, he used to be a "well developed evil mastermind that you almost agree with" and now he's none of that. There's no real difference now between him and a random Heavenly One

Moash, to me, has become boring. He was an interesting character, but now he's just a faceless emotionless evil that kills the protagonist's allies.

Scadrial would probably win in a prolonged conflict due to it's superior technology and powers that are honestly just more sustainable, whereas I see no way for Roshar to successfully hold Scadrial. Scadrial's technology will make it impossible for Retribution to hold any real territory on Scadrial. Also I suspect Harmony's intent will allow him to maintain the status quo.

Gavinor mentions that fighting Dalinar is harder than in the visions, so it's possible that it's not fully effective. Also, Navani was able to manipulate the vision Taravangian had given her, even though there was only about five people he was focusing on in the Spiritual Realm, so it's possible that it wouldn't be sustainable, and it's possible that other shards could interfere and maybe even sabotage his troops due to the Spiritual Realm being where the shards reside.

You mention radiants, but if I recall correctly, I don't believe we know if regular humans can use Warlight. You're right, I probably did somewhat overstate the new Rosharan disadvantages and the Scadrian advantages, and the Everstorm would provide constant investiture on Roshar, but I think you may also be underestimating the impact of guns, factories, and modern logistics on warfare.

I think all scenarios will result in Roshar getting wiped. Scadrial has guns, nukes, planes, and factories in addition to Atium, Lerasium, medallions, metalborn, etc. Roshar has vastly inferior technology and lost the Radiants. In the first two scenarios, guns will wipe the non-shardbearers. In the last one, I suspect logistics and canned food will carry the Scadrians. The high storm is gone and only a weak ever storm remains, which means the expedition won't be caught off by the storms. The higher oxygen content of Roshar will make the average Scadrian troop there perform incredibly well and make the non invested Rosharan troops fare extremely poorly on Scadrial. If you take the time dilation into effect, I think there is no contest. Retribution fled Roshar. Edit: If the Scadrial wants to control Roshar, they should act now. I didn't even mention Hemalurgy, kandra, or koloss

So Nightblood has apparently "learned" from the honorblades and can grant Szeth lashings. My question was, could he learn to grant other powers? What if Nightblood went over to Scadrial and "learned" from a lump of lerasium. Could Nightblood grant Allomancy or Feruchemy? If so, then Szeth basically has a sword that (could) basically turn him into a Lord Ruler with bondsmith powers and the ability to kill vessels. How terrifying would the Lord Ruler be with Nightblood and all the surges? And if Nightblood is learning self control... could he do it to himself? Could he lash himself and basically be a flying sword with powers? All hail the Lord Ruler Nightblood. DESTROY EVIL!!!!

The thing is, there are several nations in the Empire that were never mentioned, like Alm, Desh, or even Marat. They were never mentioned as defecting, but never mentioned as controlled. It's unclear if "Azir" includes those nations, or just the one nation.
