  1. That’s Rebus… I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. Although, yeah, I do dress kinda like that. I don’t like jeans much, but I do wear them occasionally. Either hiking pants or sweatpants work better for nearly any occasion that would call for them. And then yeah, either funny t-shirts or wicking shirts.
  2. Eh, yeah kinda. My eyes are blueish, though. @Weaver of Shadows Again, pretty much. I’m a bit taller than that, and still have blue eyes.
  3. He’s not really sad, just big and thus slow. Why would a massive, fire-breathing mega-turtle even need to fly? The dragon turtle floats into the air, bellowing in alarm. After a few seconds, he figures out how to wobble towards the turtle dragon.
  4. Yup, but this dragon turtle cannot fly. He’s just walking underneath you at maybe half of human walking pace, which is a decent clip for a creature the size of a house.
  5. It lumbers back towards Atlas, moving quite slowly. @NameIess Rebel, the clone of Rebus, walks through a cave network. He stops, plating a small cave with nanomachines and the Nullite he was able to steal for the original. Then, he summons the scepter Plotblade to examine further.
  6. The other dragon turtle stays where it is, then lumbers off forlornly.
  7. Cole watches him go, briefly allowing himself to consider that the man was a servant of Rage. Then he reminds himself that the Spirits aren’t real, and walks off to go find something to do.
  8. Rebus, having been in the corner the whole time, strides out into the center of the room. “I could do it; Malan probably can’t kill me even if he wanted. And unconsciousness is something I can do despite my current out-of-sync state.”
  9. The dragon turtle huffs, a cloud of warm air coming from its nostrils and engulfing Atlas. Yeah. I should really go do my work…
  10. I think it’s an Autism trait, because I’m like that as well. I have a relatively word-like internal monologue of thoughts, but anything I’m imagining is sensory details and meaning, not words.
  11. Rebus snaps out of his trance for a second. “Sorry. My Author has homework.” He walks to the elevator, then returns to probably following Atreides. The dragon turtle rumbles again, moving its forehead up and down as Atlas pets it.
  12. Yeah, I really should find a dark souls disk… First though, I need to finish my pulley computer. And then I should probably play Baulder’s Gate, since I have it. Rebus does whatever he’s learned to do from fighting other things, since his Author has apparently decided he has more important things to do.
  13. The dragon turtle rumbles calmly, putting its forehead towards Atlas.
  14. “Listen. I’m tired and in pain, I was insane and now have to cope with that, and I’m lost and maybe dead. I really don’t care what you think right now.”
  15. “I think I’ve confused you. A clone of me stole one of the actually cursed Plotblades from me, and I’m trying to catch him. I’ve decided to call him Rebel, and he’s trying to get your Author to describe things so he can escape to Onyx’s Realm. If you can even get around the Narration blocking and teleportation scrambling, please do not help him. Or, rather don’t help him accomplish his goals. I’m not sure Rebel knows the Plotblade is cursed.” A large shape moves in the distance, seeming to have been a mountain until then. It breathes at a blast of fire at the sandwich eating bird eating pterodactyl eating wyvern from a while ago. Rebus is also standing in the general vicinity of Malevolence and Cricket, waiting for @SpiritOfWrath to come back so he can fight the dark souls boss, and trying to communicate with the Ennuller computer thing, as well as being a security system, doing research, doing other things, being a rogue clone, handing out Retcons for his Plotblades, and wishing his Author would either finish his homework or write him anyway, so he could actually interact with people.
  16. "Alright... If I find 4 I might tell you."
  17. "You forget something, though: Malan is an Ennuller. Perhaps it will work anyway, depending upon the metaphysics. For instance, you'll be able to enact that plan before I have another chance to act." Rebus tosses Tam a small object (@Through The Living Glass). "Here, this is a backup anchor in case Malevolence's breaks." It also can trigger the self destruct, in case we need it.
  18. "I could do that, but why should I? I've already died, I think. Who even are you?"
  19. "Why?" Cole shakes his head and begins to walk away. "It's not like I'll be helpful after being tortured."
  20. Hmm. That could work, especially if it has something to do with rejecting you. Are you going to run the threatening plaque monster?
  21. “Alright… what was your plan once you got to Malan? Bat probably won’t give you the Notblade, though I suppose you do have that poison you used on Cricket.” I’ve gone too many plans deep! I just wrote this and realized it didn’t work: Yes… I can claim to have captured you with intent to kill and then you revealed this, because you manipulated me into capturing you so you could have a way out, thus providing bait to capture Tam, but actually you intended to capture me so Malan could brainwash me but actually I am going to stab Malan, because I pretended to be an evil version of myself so I can brainwash him so we can trick him into believing he’s brainwashing me.
  22. “Yes, but that’s a problem with all of our plans; you have explicitly denounced him. Actually, can I borrow your malpsycophone?”
  23. Hmmm. I may have some suggestions. He can act evil to prove that because his Author wants him to act evil he does and thus has no free will. Moment is cool, yes. I’m interested to see what comes of all these Plotblades, especially now that Rebus and Desolation gave them all away. Yes, he is. It’s rather endearing, honestly. I like his character.
