  1. I don’t know what it does, so yes. Rebus smiles. “Just trying to help. We’re going to need it, I expect.” Rebus hands one over. “Certainly. Who else should we arm?” Why would Rebus know that? He could find out if he tried, of course.
  2. Rebus set aside the few that did have personality, then went to offer people these blades. What do they do? Rebus blinks. “Oh. Yeah, that one. He wants us to reject our Authors and leave TLT, for some reason. My blades here I think are all Treasure or Armory or something. I have a few better ones; I’ll give Bacon Exposition and find something to do with Mentor.”
  3. Rebus, too, is somewhat alarmed. “Let’s hope we can kill this guy without dying.” Can we pause this storyline for a bit, @SpiritOfWrath? Things are happening, both IRL and elsewhere in TLT. “Hello. We’re probably in grave danger, but it’s nice to see you.” He hands Rose one of the unidentified blades. “I don’t know what this will do, hopefully it helps.” “A terrifying Inkling who almost destroyed the Thread at one point.” I shall read and respond to the new things in another post.
  4. “I’m Sulvin. That’s not necessary, but I’d be glad for your help.” He begins to walk to the atrium, hoping she’ll eventually leave him alone. It’s difficult to get black market parts with the governor following you around.
  5. Rebus attacks whichever seems more injured. The fight would be much easier once there was only one left. Rebus prime, now Rebel, seeks out a path to Onyx’s Realm. He’d need to stay safe from Rebus and the ominous guardian, at least for a while. The real Rebus smirks, taking stock of the blades he’d been sent. Perhaps he should have modified Rebel’s personality either more, or less. Rebus appears, holding a bundle of swords. “Good news! I have a few. I’m unsure what they’re for, but I figured I should share. Desolation is loose, by the way.”
  6. “My pad is on the fritz - I was heading to the atrium shops to fix it.”
  7. Rebus tries to put Ornstein between Smough and himself, hoping that the two can’t somehow pass through each other.
  8. Actually, he would have first tried simply moving a bonfire, which I assume is prevented by game physics. Rebus tries to get behind one of the two bosses, resolving to play by the rules at least by a bit.
  9. He’s trying to make a fire… I believe you know why.
  10. Rebus goes to the side, taking a quartz crystal he hopes he could actually have and striking it against his sword. Rebus (prime)’s eyes open a bit wider. “Wonderful. Now I’ll be killed for the real me’s plans. He thinks I’m expendable.” Rebus prime - Rebel - tries to bring the blades back. He’s stopped. “Of course. I’m not leaving this blade, so I hope you have a better way to get out.” He throws something into a corner, then teleports away. A distorted voice from the floor speaks. “Your blade is rather vorpal, I think. But I don’t always.”
  11. Sulvin tries to retrospectively inject more respect into his posture. “The atrium, probably. I’d be careful - some guy sent me back here because of ‘street closures’ I think he intended to mug me.” He gives directions to an area near enough to his ship to have it be avoided, but far enough away to avoid having it found.
  12. Rebus, having died repeatedly per the rules of dark souls and is thus feeling cockier, triggers the BOSS FIGHT.
  13. Sulvin nods at her. “Hello.” He almost walks past her, but does a double take as he recognizes her. “Governor Lucia?”
  14. Yeah, it’s fine with me, though a fast forward would be nice. Rebus on the other hand is de-powered and has nothing else to do. Rebus searches to see if the mage has anything useful.
  15. Sulvin hears ringing footsteps in the distance, matching his own. He checks to make sure his omega pistol is both hidden and accessible, and continues causally walking in the general direction of the Atrium.
  16. Rebus growls, punctuating his words with somewhat reckless sword swings at the mage. “If. I. Wanted. To. Play. Dark. Souls. I. Would. Play. Dark. Souls!” Of course, neither I nor Rebus can currently do so (I could probably find a disk somewhere), but the advantage of dark souls is that it’s actually real time.
  17. Rebus (prime) takes the scepter and closes his eyes, trying to bond it. Rebus shoves the mage forward again, trying to get him to agro the gargoyle.
  18. Rebus, realizing that the gargoyle probably attacks whoever strikes it, rushes towards the mage to throw him at the gargoyle.
  19. Rebus, still trying to cheat, picks a rock of the ground and throws it at the new gargoyle.
  20. Sulvin prowled his way through the back hallways of the station. Theoretically, the only way in was from the atrium, but though his ship had limped in on one working drive, his “special” mining drill still worked. He’d done it before; that section of the hull was almost always unmonitored and unshielded, and nobody had noticed the wielding marks yet.
  21. Cole tumbles to the ground, confused. “Are you Mad or Free?”
  22. Rebus blinks. “I’m unsure. I believe we’ve been possessed, or perhaps granted powers by through some sort of dark spirit of main magic that invaded us. I’ve never played the game, but from what I’ve heard necromancy is involved.”
  23. Cole, having put on his armor as he walked, continues trodding forwards. He looks up when the knight comes into view, but doesn’t say anything.
