Ik
Irie sighed and grabbed the young girl's wrist.
Asher suddenly fell asleep.
Irie buckled her up, then went and sat in the front next to Aden.
"How much further?"
@Halcyon The Only
Shoe eyed him.
Why?
-
She took a few steps closer.
"Ruia, come on, there's got to be a reason why you want to be powerful! Does it have to do with Lady Bug at all?"
How long has it been going on? Do you know?
-
"But why do you have to? Why do you want to?"
"Not a trap. And you can get out at any time."
If he were, it wouldn't be so dark
He snorted and shook his head.
I have no idea. I hope so- but regardless, I'm certainly going to do my best to help her.
-
"Again, why? Plus, you live here, same as the rest of us."
"Alright, buckle in."
Well . . . whatever you did, it must've helped somehow . . .
-
"But why? Seems redundant to have all this power just because you want it."
". . . Oh. I'm- I'm sorry."
Shoe watched Bat for a moment.
What did you do to help her?
-
"So then why do you feel a need to use it? To destroy things?"
Irie yelped and stared at her, wide-eyed.
"You- but- the seat, and now-"
He sighed and let his hands fall to his sides.
I guess . . . I can see why you didn't. And now we can help her, right?
-
"I mean, I guess. But once again, it's just personal choice."
