    I feel like one big reason they didn't make this discovery in the past is how would they stab a herald with it. Even if you have lets say ten raysium weapons you have to hit the herald while they obliterate your ranks and are backed up by an army. Stabbing herald with a killing blow with a weapon there are very few of and not knowing what would happen would be much harder to convince other fused whereas trying to then stab a drunk insane herald with no one helping them is much easier to convince other fused. Also no one expected such powerful entities to be able to be held in a gem till Ba-ado-Mishram

    I think this could refer to Honor Honor's life was put into the spren and the heralds his strength was his kindness to humans and honoring his agreements which caused odium to splinter him and his journey ends when he is finally splintered.

    I feel like the fact that Chana was specifically called out is the biggest thing supporting this theory why would Sanderson mention the red hair if it wasn't relevant to the plot. The fact so many other things line up with this the only thing I am surprised about is how long Chana lasted on Braize

    I feel like the fact we hear so many times from Percy how bad he is at singing a musical is a strange idea I have listened to the songs but not seen it and I feel like you can't get the true feeling of the world of Percy Jackson in a musical there are just lots of special effect and all the places they go it makes it seem like a unnatural adaptation. But I do like the songs and the Musical does seem to get the main point of the books across and is more faithful then other things (the Percy Jackson Movies).

    Anybody ever play code names I love to play it but it's so stressful all the time and you have to think what others will think you will think.

    I feel like a Highprince counts as a nobles because they are more powerful then most lords or nobles and that you need a Highprince in your court of nobles for it to be complete. If you compare the feasts in the Stormlight archive and the parties in Mistborn Highprinces are like lords of great houses.

    I agree with you Bookwyrm we can argue up and down on what created this world and what pushes us to do what we do but I think what we need to keep in mind is that we all agree what ever happened was amazing and the result is incredible. I love that story @The Cowardly One it does make you wonder how such a complicated system came to be and that we have hundred of things in our bodies that act like that. The beauty of things like these is a big part on why I believe there must be a God I am part of apostolic christian church and we believe the bible the one true word of God and how we act should be based on how Jesus said we should act. I think this is a awesome discussion because I love to get to understand what others believe and why they believe what they do.

    If you used this under water being a Lurcher and a Gasper you could pull your self back to submarine or move so fast through the water if you are trying to find sunken metal objects you would be the ultimate treasure hunter

    I loved the recap of the series I am rereading it again but I think doing like ten chapters per a summary would get more discussion and we would notice more details but I thought this was cool Idea. If you did this for Mistborn Era 2 I feel like that would be awesome and we could talk about more Cosmere connections

    I feel like with that mix there is little reason to be defensive most of the time you will be far away when you attack and if you are ever hit you could have so much healing you just charge without fear because you know you will heal and they won't its a amazing combo if you are someone like Wax and are always chasing people down you don't have to worry about a ambush

    I thought the same thing when he mentioned the Grand apparatus and totally think that is something a shard called invention would make. If invention is trying to hide out from Odium and Autonomy so he is not splintered settling on a planet and hiding away would be a smart way to do it especially if he influences the plant to make a weapon to scare off other shard. I think that invention is just hiding out from all the other shards so he isn't splintered or manipulated.
