  1. Roy gave a quick bow, swiftly greeted everyone with a knowing smile and a nod of his head. "I do indeed have a prophecy about our good Eddie here. Interesting how you all know her, but she doesn’t know you," Roy mused, his eyes glinting with a hidden knowledge. He glanced up at the sky, muttering a few unintelligible words as if communing with some unseen force. Turning back to the group, his grin widened. "That is another part of the prophecy that has been fulfilled," he declared, his voice tinged with a mixture of satisfaction and mystery. “Yes this group does look like it can be very overwhelming.”
  2. “Are you sure? In that case let’s get a move on. I want to get well away from this place.” Jace said looking distrustfully towards the casino. It’s lotus flowers glistening with an erie pink. Turning around he quickly lead the group well past the block that the casino was built in.
  3. Eleos, The Mistwarrens, Edgedancer Shelter. Greetings," Eleos said, his voice calm and steady. "We come with the intention of aiding those in need. The Mistwarrens have long been overlooked, and we believe that with the right guidance, it can thrive. We mean no harm to the people here, nor do we seek to claim what is not ours." He looked directly into Perses' eyes, trying to gauge his reaction. "I understand the mistrust of outsiders, especially in a place with such a history. But our purpose is to bring stability and hope. If you have concerns, I am more than willing to address them."
  4. “I have eaten the authors of all the books that I have marked as DNF”
  5. Roy halted his approach, raising his hands in a gesture of peace. "I mean no harm," he called out, his voice steady despite the tension in the air. The sound of the blade slicing through wood was barely audible over the howling wind, but the effect was immediate and dramatic. The tree groaned, then toppled over with a loud crash, sending snow flying in all directions. As it fell, a fifth figure tumbled out of the branches, hitting the ground with a thud. Roy's eyes widened in surprise as he approached slowly, his curiosity piqued even further. "What’s going on here?" he asked, keeping his voice calm.

  12. i dont remember where abouts the edgedancer camp is but if perses wants to cause a scene near there then it would be a good way to make him a danger to the whole of the edgedancers and by extension the knights radiant and by extension all of the roshar places.
  13. The cold air hit Roy's face like a slap, sharp and bracing, as he stepped out of the building. Snow crunched under his boots with each step, the arctic wind howling around him, biting through his clothes and chilling him to the bone. He took a deep breath, the frigid air stinging his lungs, and tried to focus on the task at hand, pushing the pain of his recent loss to the back of his mind. As he walked, he noticed a group of people gathered a short distance away, their figures huddled together against the biting wind. Curiosity piqued, Roy decided to investigate. He adjusted his coat, pulling it tighter around himself, and made his way toward them. Roy approached cautiously, not wanting to startle them. "Hey," he called out, his voice carrying over the wind. "What's going on here?" @LightRinger @Lotus Blossom @Dragonheir @The Stormfather @Unintelligenius
  14. "it violates everything i learned when I read brandon Sanderson!"
  15. "if you would prefer i can restrain from doing anything of the sort in your presence." "ahh good morning. did you sleep well?"
  16. Roy sat back in his chair, his eyes narrowing slightly as he regarded Iris. "What do I think you can do for me?" he repeated, his tone carrying a hint of bitterness. "Isn't that your job to figure out?" Roy clenched his fists, his knuckles whitening. "I just want the flashes to stop. I want to sleep through the night without waking up in a cold sweat, seeing their faces, feeling the knife in my hand."
  17. Roy clenched his jaw. He didn't want to linger any longer in Corin's presence. With the spren now in his grasp, he turned sharply, not waiting for any further words from Corin. Without looking back, Roy strode to the door, his footsteps echoing in the silent room. Each step felt like an eternity, the loss of his sand mastery gnawing at him, but the new bond with the spren pulsing with a strange, unfamiliar energy. As he reached the door, he paused for a moment, his hand resting on the handle. He glanced back over his shoulder, meeting Corin's eyes one last time. "I hope you get your entertainment," he said, his voice tinged with defiance and a hint of the pain he was trying to hide. Then, without waiting for a response, Roy pushed the door open and stepped out, the cold air hitting his face. He took a deep breath, trying to steady himself. The path ahead was uncertain, but he was resolved to face it, whatever it might bring. He had given up a part of himself, but he was still standing. And that was enough, for now.
  18. Roy's eyes tracked the spren as it floated towards him. He felt hollow, yet there was a grim determination in his gaze. He reached out, and as his hand connected with the spren, a new, strange warmth began to fill the emptiness left by his sand mastery. It was different, but potent. Holding the spren, Roy looked back at Corin. "This better be worth it, Life before Death, Strength before Weakness, Journey before Destination." he said, his voice rough but resolute. The pain of his sacrifice was still fresh, but there was a new resolve in his eyes. He had made his choice, and there was no turning back.
  19. “To much for you? I apologize. I only wanted to be able to converse with our friend in the tent. @Anguished_One

  22. "Jenny, we should get out of here. We need to find a safe place to regroup and figure out our next steps." Jace then looked around, ensuring there were no immediate threats, and nodded towards the exit. "Are we good here?" he asked, addressing the group but focusing on Jenny. "Because if anyone's still got issues, now's the time to air them out."
  23. "how should i know? why do you think that I'm here?"
