    *rubs hands together* okay, you're a jeans guy, you don't like cowboy boots, you have dirty blonde hair on the darker side, a few freckles in summer, you get fairly tan, you wear sneakers most of the time, you have a black backpack and you need glasses but you hate wearing them, you are not a cat person, but someone is allergic to animal fur so you only have a fish, but you've always dreamed of having a dog. You have a Greek-style nose and your hair comes a tiny bit lower than the top of your ears. You like lemon popsicles. @strmblsd

VOICE. when people drive down your street at 1 am and rev their engines really loudly when younger brothers go fishing and get their socks wet, then take them off AND THROW THEM AT YOU WHILE YOU'RE JUST TRYING TO WRITE STUFF!!! when you wake up in the morning to 400+ texts

    Why Are Your Poems So Dark?

    Isn't the moon dark too, most of the time?

    And doesn't the white page seem unfinished

    without the dark stain of alphabets?

    When God demanded light, he didn't banish darkness.

    Instead he invented ebony and crows

    and that small mole on your left cheekbone.

    Or did you mean to ask

    "Why are you sad so often?"

    Ask the moon.

    Ask what it has witnessed.

      The moon has seen a lot.

      But remember; even when it looks completely dark, there's a full moon shining somewhere. You might just have to change your perspective to see it. You might have to leave the world behind to catch a glimpse of the light.

      And hey, if you can't do that, just wait. The light always comes back.
