    I agree. Maybe some spren are put off by shardblades, but we’ve seen several counter examples. I think realistically, there weren’t a lot of spren willing to bond until RoW (there were like 8-9 radiants in OB) and by that point he’s connected enough with Maya to not be interested in bonding another spren. (Although it definitely feels like it would be mentioned in RoW if another spren did approach him. I will note that several true spren in OB and RoW refuse to acknowledge that Maya is more than a normal deadeye, which would make him a viable candidate.

    This just the first idea that popped into my head, so take it how you will, but Sebarials parents might not have been Vorin, or at least didn't care about Vorin naming traditions it does mention that Sebarial isn't very religious, so maybe it was just that they didn't care.

    To the people who argue that it’s hard to get an object behind an opponent to pull, humans have the ability to throw things. Or alternatively, a lurcher could use a gun. but in general, I think iron has more practical uses than steel. It might not be great for fighting, due to lack of defensive capacity, although if there were two lurchers, they could defend each other by pulling projectiles going towards the other person out of the way. I feel like comparing iron and steel is like comparing a knife and a gun. A guns superior in a fight, but I’d rather have a knife because (and I don’t know about you) I’ve never been in a shootout). I can use a knife for way more things that actually matter.
