    Elan steps back but still grins. He has a very healthy obsession with fire. Definitely healthy. Definitely.

    The Once-Author followed, then closed the portal. They appear in what appears to be your average modern rural neighborhood. Cars drive down the road occasionally and people walk their kids and their dogs. Everyone has a lawn. "Here we are."

    NO NOT ANOTHER ONE @J. Magi IT HAPPENED AGAIN Unfortunately for the Eldritch creation, Elan is a bit too much for him. A nigh unto infinite duplicate versions of him appear from all over the multiverse, each armed with god-like powers over reality. The world rips apart around them as Elan materializes and reappears somewhere else, making the demon miss. I just runs away, because he is 100% completely mortal. I love bringing in the canon. The Elan's are characters in tons of RPs here on the shard. I have a list on my about me, but it's inaccurate nowadays.

    Elan nods. "My mom would be berating me right now." He pulls some sunscreen out of his pack and sprays it on any exposed skin, then tosses it to CB.

    The branches scratch Elan, but he's used to this kind of work from times doing manual labor in the mountains. Quickly enough three large piles are made, ready to be burned.

    Elan nods, pulling leather gloves out of his pack and starting to move branches around into three distinct piles.

    Elan attacks back. Unfortunately for SOW, Elan is an interdimentional being ranked as God-Type-1 by some facilities, who is nearly invincible and immortal so she'll lose. I keeps the sandwich watching the battle happily.
